A friend got invisalign exam and was telling me about it cause I was interested in fixing my teeth. She was not very happy about her experience here and ended up getting them done at a different place. We were looking through the reviews and she mentioned she had made one (she never does unless really happy or the opposite) but when scrolling through she said they deleted or removed it,,, yeah, even if I were interested in @least talking to someone I could never do it with a company that is fraudulent with their reviews.., I'll get my braces somewhere else. Let's see if this one gets removed like thy did hers. 馃槖

I was able to get an emergency appointment even having never been to this office. The staff was awesome, and made me feel very at ease. The doctor and dental assistant kept me informed of everything they were doing and kept making sure I was okay. I felt no pain at all. I was given an affordable treatment plan, and I am very happy with my new dental office. Thank you

The staff and dentist are very sweet they are fantastic. They took good care of me through all the procedures. I'm home knowing I was in the best hands Thank you so much. Extremely satisfied.

The appointment itself went great once we finally had one. The dentist worked well with my son who has IDD and ADHD. He was gentl and caring. Prior to being seen we struggled with the staff moving his initial appointment without talking with me first. It was frustrating showing up for an appointment just to learn it had been moved so they could close early for the day and we actually wouldn't be seen. This also happened to my son at there Lockhart location. My time is too precious to me and due to incompetence I will not return to any cresent dental location.

This was my 1st time going to this dentist and the staff was very nice and pleasant, but Dr. Hunt seemed to be talking to me like I was a child who had never been to the dentist in 38 years. After all the mansplaining and stumbling over his words it seems to me he's only worried about profits. He kept talking about expensive ways to do things even though I had already said 2 times I can't afford that rout. I was there for my teeth and not the partial I have but he only kept talking about how to replace my partial with more expensive ways. He doesn't ask questions to find things out about my previous work done and instead just says "who knows why". I don't not feel comfortable with this guy in my mouth knowing it's all about money to him. He said he went over my x-rays but didn't realize i had a bridge after explaining one to me until I said I already have a bridge. He seemed like he was in a rush to get out of the room and be done with me. I left there with a bad feeling and no comfort about him doing work on me.
