Excellent services provided by Dr. Timm who’s an outstanding oral surgeon as well as maxillofacial prosthodontist. People should be aware of his credentials and quality of care before they decide on a provider for tooth replacements or complex oral reconstruction

I was totally amazed with Dr. Tim and the entire staff. Very professional . I now have a complete set of implant dentures that fit excellent and look great. Appreciate all your work! Totally recommend.

We were shocked to find someone with so much experience and knowledge within only a few miles from home. I can't say enough about Dr. Timm and the whole staff, who from beginning to end, treated my father-in-law (who isn't a fan of any doctor) amazing! So glad we made the right choice in going to Crestline. Thanks Dr. Timm and Staff.

Dr. Timm is just as dishonest and unprofessional as his girlfriend, Dr. Shaefer. There are much better options out there that will be cheaper, better & honest. The lack of communication in this clinic is unprofessional & pathetic. I was promised a 6 month timeline & at 9 months I still had NOTHING. Went elsewhere & had teeth within 48 hours! Don't settle when it's your body, your life. You deserve the best!

About Crestline Dental Implant Center

Crestline Dental Implant Center is a dental implant and oral surgery practice located at 2819 National Drive, Suite B in Onalaska, Wisconsin, serving patients across the Coulee Region and the surrounding tri-state area of Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. The practice focuses on dental implant care, from replacing a single tooth or multiple teeth to supporting a full arch of new teeth. Its featured services include full mouth restorations, commonly known as All-on-4 or All-on-X, made with zirconia and supported by dental implants, as well as zygomatic implants and zirconia fixed bridges. The practice also helps patients weigh fixed teeth against removable options as part of planning their treatment.

Crestline offers complimentary implant consultations, which the practice uses to explain the implant process and walk through the different treatment options so each patient can make an informed decision. After a consultation, patients receive a unique treatment plan with an all-inclusive fee, and the practice states that it does not have hidden or multiple fees. To help with cost, the office works with third-party financing companies, including CareCredit and Proceed Finance. The practice also accepts referrals from other dentists, provides before and after photos and patient video stories, and describes its office as a welcoming environment designed to feel different from a traditional dental setting.

Meet the Doctors

The practice's doctor is Dr. Leslee (Les) Timm, DDS, FACP, FAAOMS. According to the practice website, Dr. Timm completed dental school at Marquette University in 2002, then spent three years at the Veterans Hospital in Portland, Oregon, completing his prosthodontics residency in 2005. He went on to a maxillofacial prosthetics fellowship at the University of California Los Angeles, where he provided prosthetic rehabilitation for people affected by oral cancer, trauma, and developmental problems. He served as the oral and maxillofacial prosthodontist at Gundersen Clinic for five years before completing an oral surgery residency with Gundersen Health System in 2015. The practice website describes him as one of the only dentists in the United States who is board certified as both an oral and maxillofacial prosthodontist and an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. The site also notes that he has lectured for the Department of Prosthodontics at Marquette University School of Dentistry and works directly with each patient's family dentist to develop a treatment plan.
