The doctors and staff at CRIOS are all wonderful, caring people. In today's world of sometimes being treated like a number instead of a human their caring and kindness is genuine. They explain everything in terms an average person can understand. They are also very good with people who are nervous about dental procedures. Again, their kindness shines through. Highly recommended!!

I have sat in many dentists chair for a variety of reasons. So trust these to get the job done quickly with minimal pain or discomfort. They are very organized and focused on the job at hand...your return to your smile. I would absolutely recommend this organization for any dental work.

I would never recommend to any of my friends to go here. My primary dentist referred me here for dental work with sedation here, and I would never go again. I was treated horribly at coulee region implants and oral surgery. Their office is old and run down. I will never go back here. I strongly suggest not going here!!!

I had gotten my bottom wisdom taken out in 2022 by and old man that has retired. I was in so much pain and was not treated nicely. After finally 3 days they finally let me come In and he finally gave me something to help with pain, because with how much I was dealing with I thought it was infected.(that was not this place) as soon as I walked in crios doors I was greeted extremely nicely amd all my nerves were slowly going away. The receptionists were so kind and made me feel safe. The young nurse that took me back was so sweet and gentle with me. And that amazing doctor Adam D Serenson he took my worries away and listened to me. No one takes me seriously and I felt so seen and heard by this staff. They actually put me in a recovery room and let me wake up(unlike the last place I went to, they just wheeled me out cause I was crying) I highly recommend this place even without insurance it was worth it. Thank you again to all the staff and that wonderful doctor

It was great! And yes, I am talking about my tooth extraction experience at Coulee Region Implant & Oral Surgery. Everyone was so respectful and cheerful...but most of all, they show that they truly care about how the patient is doing during and after the appointment! I've NEVER had a dental appointment where I didn't feel lots of pain! My teeth probably weren't an easy case, but they sure made it easy on me! I only used the "local" for pain, and never once felt pain after that first shot! THIS office is THE best dental care provider I've ever had!!! They truly care and outshine the rest...I highly recommend going there!

About Crios – Coulee Region Implant & Oral Surgery Center (la Crosse)

Coulee Region Implant & Oral Surgery Center, known as CRIOS, is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice with offices in La Crosse and Onalaska, Wisconsin. The La Crosse office at 615 South 10th Street sits on the Mayo Clinic campus and traces its roots to a practice started by Drs. Anderson and Durtsche in the early 1970s. The practice describes dental implants as one of its star treatments, offering single tooth, multiple tooth, and full mouth dental implant options for patients dealing with missing, broken, or decaying teeth, or with dentures that no longer fit well. Bone grafting is also part of the surgical services offered to support implant treatment.

Beyond implants, the surgeons provide wisdom tooth removal, general tooth removal, corrective jaw surgery, and care for emergencies and facial trauma. Consultations include an examination, imaging, and a discussion of your goals, and treatment plans are developed together with your family dentist. Sedation choices range from nitrous oxide (laughing gas) to light intravenous sedation and general anesthesia. The practice works with several insurance companies and third-party financing companies to help patients manage the cost of care. Patients should note that the practice's website lists the La Crosse office hours as by special appointment only.
