The entire staff is caring and pleasant. Dr. John completed a procedure to remove excess gum tissue with the lazer. Beautiful results. It's obvious perfection is the goal. I am thankful for the care I receive at Crow Family Dental.

I had an incredible experience at Crow Family Dentistry! I needed an emergency procedure right before the 4th of July holiday weekend, and they went above and beyond to help me. The staff was so kind and compassionate, making me feel comfortable during a very stressful situation. They provided an amazing temporary procedure and their willingness to stay late to accommodate my needs was truly remarkable. I highly recommend Crow Family Dentistry for their exceptional care and dedication to their patients!

Exceptional Care and Outstanding Professionalism! I am someone who is highly sensitive to pain and has always been apprehensive about dental procedures. However, my experience at this clinic far exceeded all my expectations. Dr. Jon is an outstanding professional—precise, decisive, and exceptionally balanced in his approach. He maintains a steady and reasonable pace, never rushes or pressures the patient, yet conveys an unwavering sense of confidence and expertise. His professionalism and meticulous care made the entire process remarkably comfortable for me. I am deeply grateful for the clinic’s willingness to accommodate me on such short notice due to my emergency situation. Despite their busy schedule, they found time for me, arranged an appointment promptly, and provided the urgent care I needed. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, including the wonderful staff at the reception for their kindness and efficiency. And a special expression of gratitude to Dr. Jon’s assistant, Britney, for her support, attentiveness, and professionalism. This experience has truly changed the way I feel about dental visits. It was my first visit to Crow Family Dental and it was a great experience. The entire staff was friendly, professional and welcoming. Dr. Crow and his assistants were very thorough and explained all the procedures ahead of time. I'm so happy with the service and care they provided. If you're looking for a new dental experience, this is the place.

I moved to the Stevens Point area about a year and a half ago for work. After reading reviews of dental practices located in Stevens Point, the sheer amount of positive reviews for Crow Family Dental had me intrigued. On my first visit, I was astounded at how inviting and friendly the staff were. I had the pleasure of working with Janice, who immediately started off a memorable conversation and made me feel welcome. On top of that, she is very knowledgeable in her field and was able to answer all of my questions. I just had my second visit and have now met both Dr. Andy and Dr. Jon Crow and was, again, very delighted by their willingness to educate their patients and how thorough they were during both of my visits so far. I can confidently say that the great people at Crow Family Dental have certainly earned the positive reviews they have received; as well as my business.
