Brought my 16 year old son to schedule an appointment to get his wisdom teeth removed. When called to desk I sat right across receptionist. The lady had the audacity to ask me if I was Luis, my son's name. I kept my composure as I do have common sense and 20 plus year in customer service. I switched seats with again my 16 year old. Dentist do a great job, my son healed in no time. Some team members need more training on how to speak to patients with respect.

I will first like to say Thank You to the front office girls in the Reception area which are Elizabeth and Janet they were Awesome and super Nice they heard me out and help me i went there with so much pain that I could verly talk, well they decided to see me and see what was going on with me, and mind you there was not guaranteed that they would see me when i got there since they are very occupied with patients but certainly it wasn't because they didnt want to help me or see me ,but because they are the Best on what they do so of course that means this office and Doctors are busy all the time so give them a little bit of grace and understand that the front and back office are not robots but people who are getting pull in every direction and they are trying there best to help everyone out, after all our doctors offices wouldn't recommend this place if they didnt think they were the best in what they really do...My regular Dentist said to me I only give you permission to cheat on me with Crown dental cus they are good but that's it lol .. and if your thinking I am getting paid ,or getting something free from them sorry to burst your buble but am Not am just a regular patient like you and everyone one else😆..

I'm so grateful for this place.... After having pain for weeks they took care of me expeditiously. I was able to be pain free for my birthday and that was a total blessing. I'm so happy to have been referred here. The receptionist Janet is an angel.

Where do I start...... the front desk receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. My mother in law called for an appointment and was met by one of the most unpleasant & unprofessional front desk customer service agents we have ever dealt with. I will not be bringing her back or referring them to anyone ever again. They deserve less than one star for the experience we had.

My dad doesn’t speak English and he’s a senior and he was booked for a Root canal treatment, they told me I should leave the room and refused to let me stay in the room with him they claimed “it’s our policy” ( which is non existent in anywhere in the world) so we just left he didn’t get the treatment. It was very unprofessional and unethical to do.
