Lovely staff and excellent billing services. I have never had an inconvience with processing or scheduling since ive been there 10+ years. And the work they've done a few cavities, retainer removal, and routine cleanings have always been great. I would recommend Crown Point to anybody looking for new dental care.

Everyone was very kind and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. Professional staff took time to engage with me by asking questions and listening to my responses. All of my concerns, including financial ones were taken seriously and addressed thoroughly and thoughtfully. I recommend this office to anyone.

Dr Bateman is a man of outstanding character and a craftsman of the highest repute. His bedside manor is that of a saint preforming soft hearted daytime stand-up comedy that eases the dread and discomfort plaguing the common mortal man. I would recommend this individual but that would not be fair to my family who discovered his services first. The staff, obviously handpicked, all worthy enough to be featured in a series of trading cards highlighting their remarkable characteristics that complete the team. That being said... have fun with the off site accounting department that runs this place.

Great dentist! Always kind and thorough with care. Even came in on sat when I had an emergency abscessed tooth. The dental hygienist is gentle but very thorough as well.

My appointment with Dr Bateman was great. I called in needing an emergency appointment and they were able to work me in the same day. Got things under way with my treatment, and the staffing and Dr Bateman were very attentive and friendly. So glad I was able to re-establish my visits with their office again. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a Dentist.
