FIVE PLUS STARS! A huge thanks to Dr Hagan and his wonderful staff members! I am one week out from having an impacted wisdom tooth extracted. From the first call to the office for questions and an appointment for consultation to the procedure date was a tremendously remarkable experience. I felt a very warm welcome and the care and consideration was such a comfort. Everything was thoroughly explained to me which helped me feel more confident. Dr. Hagan is a very wonderful Doctor and highly recommended. He and his staff are all professional and friendly. Thanks again to Crystal Coast! Much Gratitude- Jen Ericksen

Never did I ever expect to write a positive review about having two teeth extracted, but here I am, a week later, having experienced no pain whatsoever from my experience. No bruising, no swelling, no pain. Period. The feeling of comfort began at the front desk and carried through to the recovery assistant and on through the days that followed. What I thought would be a stressful and anxiety ridden surgerical procedure became remarkably easy. Information from everyone was presented in a gentle and caring manner. Saying it was quality care in a comfortable and compassionate setting is an understatement. Dr. Hagan and his understanding and friendly staff provided me with everything I needed for the procedure and a successful recovery. Many thanks to all of you. From the moment I walked in for my consultation all the way through my follow-up appointment, the entire experience surrounding my dental surgery was exceptionally positive. Simply OUTSTANDING! I am terrified of dentists and was referred to have 3 teeth removed. Dr. Hagan was so understanding, compassionate and treated me like he has known me for years. Megan was there to help with my anesthesia and she also treated me like family. Crystal at the front didn’t get upset with my excessive amount of questions. Hands down, this will be my only go to office if I need extensive care like this again. Thanks to everyone there! You ROCK!

My husband went there twice now for extractions... He says the entire staff shows the best professional service in North Carolina! He received the best care ever! They covered every step to ensure his total comfort. Dr Hagan should be very proud of his team!
