I am very very happy to have found a dentist that is friendly and educational. The Front desk staff and all the staff are great to work with too. I appreciate the efficiency, taking Delta Dental PPO, and not charging a fee to use a credit card if needed. Dental work can be expensive and this helps greatly. Highly recommend.

We came to this clinic to see Dr Hsu, which we really like him. The visit today was nothing short of just trying to get us to do extra procedures, at a huge cost to us. It seemed like whatever we were doing on our normal daily teeth routine was not enough. We came to this clinic because we trusted them, and now we’re not sure.

I always have such a great experience at this office. My dentist, Dr. Hsu, is incredibly kind, patient, and has a wonderful chairside manner. He always takes the time to explain everything and makes me feel comfortable. The ladies up front are amazing as well — friendly, helpful, and always so welcoming. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this dental office!! From the moment you arrive everyone is genuinely kind, friendly, very attentive and professional. Dr. Hsu and his entire team are amazing!! Dr. Hsu is awesome! He's very friendly, gentle, and take the time to explain the process (Top Notch) I highly recommend Crystal Lake Dental 👌
