My son had a consult today, and unfortunately our experience with communication and billing was extremely disappointing. I called ahead to confirm this would be only a consult and made it clear that I needed to be contacted before any additional services or paperwork. Despite that, my son’s father was charged $787 for a consult and a 3D scan that was never discussed or approved beforehand. He wasn’t informed a 3D scan was being done until after the doctor had already reviewed it. I was never contacted, even though I specifically requested it. The estimated service costs provided afterward were also far higher than expected. While I cannot speak to the cleanliness or clinical care since I wasn’t present, I can speak to the lack of communication around services and costs. Based on this experience alone, I will not be moving forward with treatment at this practice. Update: While my initial experience is still concerning and valid; I am thankful for the billing office manager connecting with me to address my concerns with respect, compassion, and professionalism. She took the time to hear my issues, she didn't negate my experience, and she was able to provide an agreeable resolution. While I can't give a 5-star review based on the initial experience; the follow up to provide a level of service and care took the business beyond a 1-star review.

Dr Bruksch was friendly/ professional and very informative- also has a good sense of humor- my oral surgery was flawless, and I didn’t have any pain. His assistant Amy was kind and gentle. What a wonderful staff from Jill at the front desk to everyone else. Everyone was reassuring and I felt very secure and well taken care of.

After reading yep reviews I was has tent to keep the appointment but I went in anyways. Very nice offices, staff was excellent and so was the doctor quick down to business all the assistants excellent also. It’s disturbing to get a tooth pulled and I didn’t want to loose a tooth the experience wasn’t pleasant but everyone in the office made it a pleasure.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The checkin was comprehensive and efficient. They started preparing me right at my scheduled time and I was done very quickly. I felt no pain at all. It was the epitome of professionalism.
