This was my operation. You cannot imagine how difficult my life was before this surgery. Because of health problems and social anxiety, I lost so many moments of my life. I have had dental problems for as long as I can remember, but every time I kept postponing treatment out of fear. Everything changed when I met Dr. Hookom and his exceptional team. They were incredibly kind and never judged me for the condition I was in. They explained every step to me with patience and clarity. When the day of the surgery came, I was extremely nervous. But, thank God, I had my two brothers by my side, supporting me through it all. That day turned out to be smooth and beautiful. Afterwards, they guided me carefully on what I needed to do next. I am Turkish, and as you may know, our food is amazingly delicious. Imagine—I haven’t been able to eat those meals for four days now, yet I am still so happy I can’t even describe it. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Hookom and the entire team. Truly, I will celebrate August 25th as my second birthday. This is not just a testimonial. It is written for everyone who still carries even a trace of fear inside. I know that fear very well—the same fear that keeps you from going to the doctor. I recognize it, because I lived with it. But believe me, not even one percent of what you fear will ever happen. The pain you imagine is far greater than the reality.

This is the best dental clinic that I’ve been to. I HATE HATE HATE the dentist, and I hate dental work. While it is impossible to make dental work pleasant they do everything they can to make it comfortable. Jade is the best hygienist that I’ve had the pleasure to work with. I have been in twice, and she has been super sweet, caring and kind both times. She actually made effort to get to know me, instead of treating me like a number to get me in and out of the chair. Dr Hookem is a fantastic medical practitioner. I’ve had two visits and both visits he has personally called before and after just to check in. For my first visit we had a good conversations about scripture before the work started. The entire environment is clean, friendly, and Christian. While I do need a ton more work that I am going to have to save up for, I will definitely have it done here.

I DO NOT like the dentist, not even close, but let me tell you...Custom dental was AMAZING! My dental assistant, Jade, was so sweet and put me at ease right away. Dr Phil and Dr Hookem were both TOP NOTCH. I had an emergency and they saw me right away and took great care of me. They also had christian music playing, which is huge for me...so thank you for making my experience so great!

These individuals warrant far more than 5 stars. Despite initial nervousness about today's visit, which had been previously rescheduled due to separate medical concerns, the exceptional service provided by every staff member from the moment I arrived has been outstanding. Thank you for your patience and kind words, which have been a comfort during a difficult day
