My visit felt like a spa day for my teeth. As a new patient, I was taken gently and efficiently through custom photos, flossing etiquette, cleaning, fluoride and dental recommendations. You will not find a nicer bunch of people anywhere. If you dread going to the dentist, then you need to try Dr. K. His whole crew put me at ease with their caring attitude, professionalism, and humor. Hi to my buddy, Ashli, Dennis, and Cheryl. I haven't personally met the others working with Dr. K, but I am sure that they are great as well.

Today was my first visit to Custom Dental. From my first contact with them by phone up to walking through their door they showed themselves friendly and very reassuring I’d get good are, and they delivered! I was treated like a VIP! They took time to learn who I was and any concerns I had. I just can’t say enough about Dr Nigel Kasali and his office staff, they all took such good care of my teeth that I look forward to returning in 6 months.

I was needing a second opinion and a new dentist. I read the reviews for this office and decided to schedule an appointment. After having my first appointment I knew the second I walked into the office I had made the right decision. I was greeted with a smile and such kindness. The kindness didn’t stop there, the dental assistance was kind, friendly and funny. She explained every process she was going to do. Dr. Kasali was very kind and was very clear on explaining all the x-rays, scans and all the options for the work that I needed. I highly recommend this office!!

We discovered Custom Dental from a booth they attended during the Denton Holiday festival. We just moved to the area less than a year ago so we were looking for a new dentist anyway. I knew I needed to have a couple teeth extracted so I decided to finally bite the bullet and have it done. I've never had any kind of dental surgery done so I was extremely nervous. Admittedly I even had a slight panic attack in the chair. Everyone was absolutely incredible to me. The receptionist, the hygenist, the dentist himself, every single person checked on me, reassured me, never once made me feel bad for reacting the way I did, and went out of their way to reassure me that everything was ok. Which it was. The procedure went great, absolutely no issues, I'm very grateful but the takeaway I have is how kind and compassionate the people at this office are. We will be clients as long as they'll have us. Absolutely recommend!
