I really do love CWD Dental Group! We started going here because our hygienist ended up leaving the practice we had been going to, but she left and went to a different location. We still go to CWD Dental Group, and I have no regrets! Mrs. Judy that sits at the front is so sweet!! She let me talk to her as long as I wanted well until she had to help another patient.☺️Anyways, Mattie is my new hygienist and she was so sweet as well!! Honestly, the entire staff is very sweet and professional!! There are many things I don’t like to substitute, and that would be my stylist, my dentist, my PCP, and my mechanic and not necessarily in that order. If you’ve been considering going to this practice and telling you to go ahead and schedule your appointment! You won’t be sorry!!

From the first call to get new patient paperwork completed with (Sean) was great, he was very helpful and patient with getting my family set up. When I arrived for my first appointment I was greeted by the office staff, which were extremely pleasant and friendly. Check in process was simple and quick (make sure to complete paperwork ahead of time). After check in, I was called back pretty immediate barely any wait time at all. Our dental hygienist was Madison (Maddie) she was an absolute joy. Very knowledgeable, walked me through each and every process, she was genuine and patient with all of my questions and concerns. When it was time for the doctor to come in (Dr. Dalton) he was extremely thorough and discussed every step of his examine. He was very welcoming, seemed to have great care for his patients. He addressed any and all questions I had, was patient and helpful with my dental plan moving forward. Overall had a wonderful first appointment, I would highly recommend CWD Dental Group!!

I've been going to Dr Couch since 2010. I have always found him and his staff to be incredibly professional, competent, and welcoming. No one likes going to the dentist, but it's important medical care and Dr Couch is the best. I find him to be tremendously skilled, efficient, and consistent. Finding a dentist that you trust, that does good work, and that you actually like is, in my experience, one of the hardest things to do in this life. Dr Couch nails all three and makes it look easy while he does.

They are amazing. By far the best experience I’ve had with a dentist office in Tallahassee. Dr Dalton and the entire team are knowledgeable, skillful, but most importantly patient centered. Rebecca is incredible and makes sure you know what’s going on the entire time. I had been avoiding the dentist and now m excited to go back.

This was the best dental experience I have had in my 65 years. I arrived at this practice feeling anxious due to a previous negative experience elsewhere. From the moment I walked in, the team at CWD Dental Group treated me with genuine respect, compassion, and professionalism.
They went above and beyond to ensure my tooth extraction was completely pain-free and performed in a calm, supportive environment. Every member of the staff demonstrated not only clinical expertise but also exceptional kindness and care.
