Over the past several years I've noticed that my dental visits seemed rushed. Today however that was not the case for the first time I felt like my needs were fully met and my hygienist took the time to explain things to me as well as the dentist. several employees who kept lurking in to see what was taking so long while I was in the chair, did not distract my hygienist from continuing to do the best job that I've had in a long time. I do not make comments I don't do social media but this is rare. And it needs to make a comeback.

Went in for a cleaning this morning. The lady digging in my teeth caused me so much pain that my right jaw is throbbing. I was crying in the chair when she went to get the dentist and when the dentist dailey came in he immediately starting blaming my teeth rather than making his helper take accountability that she was making my mouth bleed. Will be taking my family of 6 elsewhere!!!

First off, if you ever have tooth pain from wisdom teeth get them suckers out!! I was in excruciating pain the other night. Nothing helped. I even went to the e.r. where they told me to take more Tylenol (ya, i wouldn't be in the emergency room if Tylenol helped 馃が) the next morning I called Dailey dental (whom I had an app already set up for the 8th, of course my mouth didn't wait for that appointment) dailey dental is one of the best places ever. I can't stress enough how fast they acted and with such caring and helpful customer service. It felt like in those moments of pain, they only cared about me and helping. (Sounds a little selfish but man the amount of care from the way they treated me to the way they even talked to me was above and beyond!!) Within 30 minutes they squeezed me in to be seen and within an hour of that I was getting into Sioux land to have them surgically removed. From start to finish wow. I'm officially on the mend and feeling better. Thank you for caring.

Dailey Dental is a family owned dental practice at 1416 North Sanborn Boulevard in Mitchell, South Dakota, with a second office in Chamberlain. The practice traces its roots to 1963, when founder Dr. Donald Dailey opened his first office in Tripp, and the Mitchell location has been in operation since 1972. Today the practice describes its mission simply as quality dental care for the whole family, and it welcomes new patients at either office.
For patients missing a tooth or several teeth, Dailey Dental offers dental implants as part of its oral surgery services, which range from single tooth extractions to implant placement. The practice describes an implant as a post placed where the tooth roots used to be, with a crown attached that looks and works like a natural tooth. Beyond implants, the office provides general dentistry such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures with denture care, along with preventive cleanings and checkups, cosmetic options including in-office and take-home whitening and veneers, pediatric dentistry, gum care, and root canal treatment. Some procedures, such as wisdom teeth removal or complex root canals, may be referred to a specialist. The Mitchell office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to noon.
The practice's clinical team includes Dr. Matt Dailey and Dr. Jace Bunkers. Dr. Matt Dailey earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota Dental School in 1998 and has practiced with Dailey Dental since graduation, joining his father, Dr. Don Dailey, before taking over the practice. He is licensed by the state of South Dakota to practice general dentistry. Dr. Jace Bunkers earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Creighton Dental School in 2019 and completed undergraduate studies in biology at the University of Sioux Falls. He is a licensed general dentist in South Dakota and, according to the practice, is certified through the American Academy of Implant Dentistry MaxiCourse in implant surgery and prosthetics. Founder Dr. Donald Dailey retired in 2019 and passed away in 2020.
