My second time going here for a tooth extraction and would recommend to anyone that’s nervous about the procedure. I had novocain both times and couldn’t feel a thing. Very nice Doctor and staff made me feel comfortable and is nice they tell you what’s going on during the procedure. Nice touch when leaving they give you a frozen minute maid lemon ice, and after getting a tooth pulled that tastes really good. Can opt for the ice cream too if wanted.

I wasn’t sure what to expect getting an implant for the first time. Dr Angela Rake was so great, and everything she explained about each step was absolutely true. I highly recommend going to this practice and I promise you will not regret it! I’m so thankful for the care I received there and it’s so wonderful to no longer have tooth pain. Thank you Dr Rake, and her staff. 🙂👍🏼

I want to be fair and say that I genuinely liked the doctor. My issue is with how the clinic handled everything when things went wrong. I had a new implant placed next to an older implant that I was later told was already considered “failed” because metal was visible. Nobody explained that to me beforehand, or I may have made a different decision. The new implant became infected and failed, and the older implant also had to be removed. After paying close to $10,000 total, I received only about $900 back and now cannot properly chew on that side. What upset me most was the lack of communication and follow-up afterward. After months of infection and both implants being removed, nobody checked to see how I was doing. When I tried speaking with management, I was treated very coldly and was not allowed to speak with the doctor. I understand implants can fail. But patients deserve full information before making expensive decisions, along with compassion and support when complications happen.

Dr. Angela Rake and her assistant did excellent work on my implant. She always is attentive to watch for pain levels and truly cares about the process to make sure it is as painless as possible. It’s always fun to hear about her family visits to Palm Springs, CA. I am interested to find out more about her horses too! I am at the beginning of the implant process, but I am thankful to be in good hands. The ice cream is a great idea! Everyone is so friendly at the office. Thank you!

The first time I had my procedure in this lakeville location years ago, front desk are not welcoming. Coming back for a different procedure, they are still not friendly. And also no reminder or follow up for upcoming appointment. Don't feel any genuine care at all.
