I have waited a week before writing my review and wish to give a brief history of my experience with Dr. Builder and his staff. My first appointment with the office was over two years ago and was an “emergency” visit that was handled extremely well. At the time, Dr. Builder recommended that I make a follow-up appointment to clear up several issues that I’d been procrastinating with for several years. I’m in my late 60’s with moderate to poor dental hygiene habits. I deferred but stayed on the office’s contact list and would receive friendly reminders from time to time. I finally made an appointment for a cleaning and went in three months ago for the first hygienist appointment I’d had in four years. The hygienist was not one of the Doctor’s regular staff which in my experience can result in moderate care but that was not to be the case. She was excellent and recommended that I come back in three months for a deep cleaning in an area that had been giving me problems for years. I believe that the procedure used to be called, “scaling”, a disturbing term at best. Last week I went in and was treated by a full time staffer. What I was dreading was absolutely manageable and now for the first time in what seems like forever, I am symptom free. I can’t say enough about the office or the staff - oh, and Doctor Builder is remarkable as well.

Dr. Builder and each of his staff are absolutely the best! Over the many years that I've been their patient, on the occasions when I've needed to describe a discomfort, they seem to comprehend it almost before I can explain it! The atmosphere is always comfortable, friendly and happy ... it actually makes one look forward to appointments!

Beautiful office with gorgeous nature views in each treatment room. The staff was welcoming, professional, and personable. Dr. Matlock was very knowledgeable and explained findings every step of the way. I found her personable and caring. I am very happy and satisfied with my overall visit and would recommend this office highly!

On November.30, 2020, Dr. Matlock and her assistant made me as comfortable and relaxed as possible while replacing a filling. Their patience, kindness and excellent work are much appreciated. This was my second time at the clinic and both experiences were very positive.
