This has been my dental place for years and i have had SEVERAL visits there in the past. The last one i had however was for lack of a better phrase "absolutely abominable." I came for just a couple fillings which you wouldn't think is hard. I was brought back on time only to be sat in a chair and given numbing medication (which was administered very poorly) then left for a full hour. Once the procedure finally started i noticed i was still sensitive, not to mention my hands had started to shake and my mouth had what looked like a slight rash from improper use of numbing agents. Dr. Lopez used more tools for those two fillings than i've ever seen in my life and i was left with a sore jaw from her inexperience. She spent a good bit of time talking with her assistant and seemed unsure of what she was doing which did nothing but make me more anxious. After 30 minutes she was done and less than 4 hours later my numbing wore off and i had bad nerve pain and sensitivity that's still bothering me weeks later. If you do go to this dentist please please please request Dr. Moon, he's great at dental practice and always makes you feel heard.
Side note: avoid getting cleanings here. The older dental assistant i had was rough and pretty rude. (By a young adults standard)

My family and I have been coming to this office for years now. We have always had amazing service, wonderful, fun, very welcoming and friendly staff. We love our dentist and their assistants! Thank you for all y鈥檃ll do and continue to be the best that y鈥檃ll are!! God Bless!! 馃檹馃徏鉂わ笍

I appreciate Danville Dental on 5011 Riverside Dr. Making an emergency appointment to help me. The dentist and staff went beyond their professional status to calm me and take care of my problem. The extraction was fast and I experienced no pain at all afterwards!! I highly recommend them! Thanks to the staff!

My husband and I went there as new patients on 2/5. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Our hygienists made our visit fun and painless. We plan to continue to use them for cleanings etc.

My dentist (hands down the best dentist ever) of 40+years was bought out by this company and it's been all downhill since. They can't seem to get their office management together and they have SERIOUS issues with billing insurance and managing their own in house discount club. On top of all that they have begun promoting partisan politics in the clinic and, belonging to a minority group, I no longer feel safe or equally treated because of it. I've met with the office manager a year ago in an attempt to rectify some of these issues and was told they would be addressed but instead of getting better, it's gotten worse. I went in the other day to talk to someone but staff was evasive and claimed not to know who owns or manages these clinics. I know it's a holiday but I'm still waiting on someone to call me back and tbh I just want them to correct my bill, let me pay my copay and then we can go out separate ways. I'm done with these people and their party politics which has no place in a medical setting.
