Our daughter had her wisdom teeth out here. Their entire staff is extremely accommodating! We Were super impressed at every level of their practice, the schedulers, the nurses, the dentist all were extremely nice and very professional! I highly recommend this practice!

Horrible place. I had made an appointment with them, unfortunately I woke up deathly sick the morning of my appointment, I called them to reschedule and they told me I couldn’t not reschedule and could not come back to them! Like I knew I was going to wake up sick that morning? It’s not fair nor right that they do someone like that. & now I don’t have anywhere else to go that will accept my insurance! I just can’t believe that’s how they treat people. The woman was so rude. What was I suppose to do? Come in throwing up all over everyone???

I wasn’t even able to schedule an appointment. I called and explained that I had a referral from my dentist. The receptionist asked who the referring provider was and stated it needed to be a general dentist. I confirmed that my referral was from a dentist at London Women’s Dental. She then told me they could not schedule patients from London because there is a surgeon located there. I explained that the surgeon in London does not accept my insurance, at which point she asked what insurance I had and quickly responded that they do not accept it either.
If that is the case, their website should clearly reflect the insurance plans they accept, or staff should be better informed about their policies. The interaction felt rushed, and it seemed like she was more focused on ending the call than assisting me. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

I wouldn't allow my worst enemy to use this place. Cruel and unusual punishment is illegal for a reason. I would use the expression that dealing with these people is like pulling teeth, however, pulling teeth, has never, and should never, be as difficult as getting anything done here. Don't believe any of the reviews they have on their website, the site that hosts their 'testimonials' doesn't even exist. I had several broken teeth that I needed removed so my dentist could make me a partial. He sent me a referral to this place, I filled out their online registration and was told I would receive an appointment soon. Over a year later, I had to have my dentist send the referral again, because when I called to inquire about why I hadn't received an appointment yet, they claimed to know nothing about it. A little over six months later, after Another round of referrals and registrations, they Finally got me in for the extractions. Somehow or another, through the course of the surgery, they stitched my cheek muscle into my gums. This has left me with constant pain, in my gums where said muscle is attached, as well as in my cheek where it's ripping itself loose trying to get free of my gums. Also because this particular cheek muscle attaches near my ear, and my eye on that side, the constant pull on other tissues there is causing me headaches and dizziness, as well as vision and balance problems. For the first week I was hoping that the issues I was experiencing were simply from soreness. However it quickly became apparent what was going on. When I started trying to get them to do something about it, I literally had to threaten to blow my brains out in their lobby to get a follow up sooner than 3 months, which is what they initially offered. I may as well have not bothered, as when they saw me for the follow up, they disregarded everything I told them, decided that I was feeling a bone spur on my jaw, cut into my gums, Through the cheek muscle, giving it even more points of attachment, and filed on my skull a little bit. Now I'm left with all these problems, they don't care, and mostly won't even answer their phones. I can't get the partial I needed, or even chew food on my left side, because I have a wad of extremely painful scarred muscle tissue in my gums. It hurts worse if I try to smile. At least I don't have any reasons to do that. I haven't decided yet whether I'd be better off to just kill myself or not, but if I do, I know where I'll do it at... If you need a tooth pulled, and you have a friend with a pair of pliers and a 5th of whiskey, that's probably a much better option than going here.
