Horrible experience. I need emergency surgery my mouth is in severe pain.u have 2 impacted wisdom teeth and need all 4 removed asap. I am lgbtqia and they treat me like a dog and when I was on my way to my appointment using an Uber because my car broke down they labeled me no call no show and I wasted my money on an Uber and now I have to find another oral surgeon (which i did) to work on me because this one is incompetent and unprofessional. And 0 understanding towards real life mistakes that may happen. Such as an appointment being 2 hours earlier than expected. So now I get labeled a no call no show ? Now I have to be in pain until I can find another oral surgeon ? Unreal. Horrible . Dr colette is an absolute joke.
Go to celebrate dental on Rio bravo. Very professional and lgbtqia friendly. With quick and respectful services. Very nice people that make me feel comfortable. Especially for someone with a lot of anxiety this is such a godsend. I'm so glad dr colette did not go anywhere near my mouth. What a joke.

I had dental implants done with Dr. Sam Clarot at The Oral Surgery Center of Albuquerque on 20 February 2026, and the experience was excellent. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Dr. Clarot and his team were attentive, reassuring, and highly skilled.
What stood out the most was the quick, painless recovery. Dr. Clarot handled the procedure with great care, and I felt well-informed and comfortable throughout. The staff at The Oral Surgery Center of Albuquerque were friendly and efficient, making the entire visit stress-free.
I would confidently give this experience 5 stars and highly recommend Dr. Sam Clarot to anyone considering dental implants.

I had six teeth pulled here yesterday and my mouth is already healed. I’m not even sore. These people were awesome extremely professional. They took great care of me. This is the first time I’ve ever felt this good after having that type of surgery. I appreciate y’all these people get five stars and five thumbs up.

I have has several procedures here. The staff & Dr. Collette are wonderful. I have never had any complications with the work he had done on me. I have dental anxiety & he is able to sedate me for many procedures that would have been very difficult elsewhere.

I had an extraction done here and everything was handled great. Hanna explained everything to me in depth. Dr Collette was just as helpful during the procedure explaining what was happening. I would recommend this oral surgery location.

Meet the Doctors
Dr. David Collette, DMD, MD is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and the lead doctor at The Oral Surgery Center of Albuquerque. He is a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and earned a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Brigham Young University before attending Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine, where he received his DMD degree in 2008 and was awarded the Callahan Prize. He remained at Case Western to complete medical school, earning his MD degree in 2011, and then completed oral and maxillofacial surgery training in Cleveland with rotations at University Hospitals, the Cleveland Clinic, and the Louis Stokes VA.
