Dr. Caldwell and his staff, along with his wife, were incredibly knowledgeable, caring and efficient. He was able to provide an abundance of new information, not only in regard to my daughter’s teeth, but also her current health issues. 10/10 I would recommend this office- The waiting room was clean and well kept and the front office staff was also friendly and timely. Wonderful! Thank you, all!!

I’ve been taking my kids to Dr Caldwell for years and he is now also mine and my husbands dentist. We love the whole staff. He is a very generous doctor. He’s very knowledgeable and that’s what really counts!

Dr. Caldwell's office is absolutely amazing and child friendly! My daughter used to have white coat syndrome and Dr. Caldwell worked some magic over her that now she brings him gifts! Before covid his office was covered with large stuffed animals for the kids to play with and bring them comfort during covid he gave away all of them to his patients. So he had to start all over when they opened back up. So my daughter decided to help him out and has brought some toys and stuffed animals too.

Sent my daughter to get a filling today and an amalgam filling was done instead of composite… it’s 2025 why would you put a metal filling in her mouth without discussing it with the parent or at least mentioning it asking if it’s ok… now this will be something that will have to be changed out or monitored so it does not expand and break on top of it being tacky…insurance did not require a downgrade so why was it done without my knowledge…this is my child’s first cavity on an adult tooth she does not have high caries risk and she has good oral hygiene this was a very poor decision on the staff especially since at my child’s recall appointment I mention how I hated amalgam restorations I’m very disappointed…. I work in dental and have for the last 10+yrs I remember things about my patients and I also know that things should be discussed with parents for this very reason to avoid things like this…..

First visit & the staff was great! Very sweet and patient with the kids. The dental assistant explained everything step by step to my son and answered all questions.
