This review is specifically for Ryan Mak, D.D.S., F.A.G.D. First and foremost, I would like to highlight the proficient service he provides during every appointment. His attention to detail and high degree of expertise speak for themselves once treatment is completed. I feel instant relief from tooth troubles and the quality of his crafting is evident upon first look. After each appointment, I am provided with a clear vision for treatment and after-visit care. He answers questions diligently and with full transparency. Treatment is individualized and designed to accomodate patient specific circumstances. I can always count on Dr. Mak when it comes to time efficiency. I get in and out of my appointments in no time. He has accomodated service additions at the last minute in an effort to avoid prolonging treatment until his next available appointment. It is evident that he makes it a priority to establish a positive patient-provider relationship with his patients by carefully assessing the patients needs and giving grace when patients need it the most. He is kind and compassionate and very invested in his work. Not everyone enjoys going to a dentist appointment, but I assure you that being in Dr. Mak's care provides a sense of security that makes it feel less intimidating to come in. If you are looking for a personable, professional and exceptional Dentist, go to Dr. Mak. You will not regret it.

I went in for my regular cleaning and checkup and was seen briefly by the dentist (Thanuchporn Nonnapaporn) but was made to wait an hour while they ran insurance numbers. The dentist did the depth probing in a rush without a single pause and it was simultaneously the shortest and the most painful dental examination I have ever experienced. I was referred for a deep cleaning but did not receive a normal cleaning that I went in for. From the "financial arrangement" document I was given, they still charged my insurance for regular cleaning. They also made sure to point out they would not charge me for the fluoride treatment as a part of cleaning. What cleaning? What fluoride? Nobody explained to me why I wasn't getting a cleaning today. The dentist just left and I was asked to speak with the financial person (after a very long wait) who explained to me how expensive the procedures would be if I didn't have insurance. For some reason, she was also in a rush. It was a very bizarre experience. If I didn't feel scammed, I would find it almost amusing.

I just had my appointment this morning and it was a great visit! Everyone at the front desk is super friendly and the office is clean and modern. Dr. Mak is patient, thorough, and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. Overall, I left feeling well cared for and confident in the quality of the treatment I received. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dependable and friendly dental team.

I recently switched dental offices after feeling dissatisfied with my previous provider due to a lack of friendliness and overall experience. Today, I had an emergency appointment scheduled for 7:40 a.m., and I truly appreciated that the office was running right on time. The assistant who works alongside Dr. Neal was exceptional. When I mentioned that I had recently completed X-rays at another office, she took the initiative to see if they could access those images before taking new ones, which I greatly appreciated. Once I was brought back, Dr. Neal examined my tooth and completed the repair efficiently and professionally. I explained that it typically takes longer for me to get numb, and he was understanding and accommodating without hesitation. His care and attention made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. It has been a long time since I’ve had a dentist I truly trust, and I am grateful to have found that here. Highly recommend.

I had a beyond frustrating experience with this dentist office. At worst, I got scammed. At best, the awful lack of communication was unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. - I got a root canal and crown (November 2025) and paid my out of pocket costs that same day. - I got a call saying my insurance denied my claim, and that I owe $1200. I go on a monthly payment plan while I try to sort it out. - I pay an additional $400 over two months. - I finally get my insurance sorted and it pays them $1300. - Between me and my insurance, they've now received $500 more than what they said I owed them. - However, my online account says I only have a credit of $250. The math isn't quite mathing...but, it seems like I'm at least owed that $250 that their system says, right? Nope...they ended up just adding a $250 additional charge to their system to zero out my account balance. Worst of all, this took about a dozen phone calls over six months before someone finally called me back and told me that they'd look into it. I spent most of that time on hold. A couple of times I'd just get hung up on, or they'd forget I was there and someone would pick up as if I was a new phone call and then put me on hold again. One time an AI agent answered and tried to take a message. I never did get anyone to actually tell me what was going on. Save yourself the hassle. There are plenty of better options out there.
