The upper dentures are manageable. They require a significant amount of adhesive to stay in place, but I can get through a meal with them. Unfortunately, the lower dentures are a completely different story—they have never fit properly. They will not stay in at all and tend to float out as soon as I try to wear them. At best, I can keep them in for about 15 minutes if I’m not eating. This is especially frustrating because I’ve had a similar experience before—tops that were acceptable and bottoms that simply would not stay in place. I was encouraged by several people to come to DDS because I was told they would work with me until I was satisfied. Instead, I was told yesterday, “This is the best we can do.” That was incredibly disheartening to hear, especially after spending $690—a significant amount for me, as I am on a fixed income. I cannot understand why this couldn’t have been identified earlier, before I committed all of my money. My gums and jaw have not changed since my initial evaluation, so this outcome was not unexpected from a clinical standpoint. I want to be clear that the staff were kind and professional throughout the process. However, despite their friendliness, the end result is that I did not receive a functional product. I am left disappointed and wishing I had been given more honest expectations before moving forward.

I feel I made a great decision to use the this wonderful place. Entire staff is very professional and friendly making the fears go away. They are very thorough in explaining every step needed for new denture wearers. I’m very happy I chose this place.

Incredible same day service! I chipped my front tooth and came to Dr Peavy to see what my options were. He recommended that I get it capped. They had an opening later that day. So, I was able to get a temporary cap looking just like my chipped tooth, until they could get the mold impression back! Now, I can confidently smile! Thank you, Dr Peavy, along with all of your technicians! Great job!

I had a really great experience here. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The front desk was organized and efficient, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Peavey was excellent—very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. They took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t rush through the appointment. I really appreciated how they made sure I understood all my options before moving forward. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in their work. The dental team overall was just as impressive. Everyone was attentive and worked together smoothly, which made the whole visit feel relaxed and well-coordinated. The office itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained, which always makes a big difference. Everything felt hygienic and up to date. What stood out the most to me was how attentive and patient everyone was. They really go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of and comfortable during the visit. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Dr. peavey and the entire team to anyone looking for quality dental care and a place where you’re treated like more than just another appointment.

I knew eventually I would have to get dentures. I made an appointment with DDS Dentures & Implant Solutions. The first appointment went well they xrayed my teeth and then I was told that my best option was to get full upper and lower dentures. Made an appointment for 1 week later to have the uppers pulled. It’s a whole day process of getting impressions, then taking a break and getting a good lunch before returning to have the teeth pulled. The whole time I was being reassured that it was going well and I was doing well. They made sure I was comfortable and at ease.
