As a new patient I felt the staff was very attentive and professional. I truly appreciate the time the Doctor gave me explaining the procedures and just being on a level of communication and understanding. Overall I am very impressed!

My experience is always very positive, warming and comfortable. The dental hygienist that worked on me was friendly, pleasant and kind. She is so good at her job and very gentle. She was easy to talk to and answered my questions. She also provided tips for caring for my teeth. When she asked me how I was, She genuinely listened to me and was very compassionate. The receptionist kind and pleasant as well.

It was our first and second visit with Dr Arashiro. We are very pleased with the whole experience from phone manners to front desk girls are so friendly and the comfort of the dentist chairs and the videos on Tv that made it really relaxing and Dr Arashiro was really nice and friendly and explains everything. We are very thankful that we got referred to Dr Arashiro

It was my first visit to the doctor’s office, and I found him to be extremely informative. He took the time to explain everything clearly, showing me my X-rays and walking me through exactly what was happening in my mouth. I left feeling confident and reassured, knowing I had options. He was very helpful and made sure I fully understood my situation. Mahalo!!
