The office staff was friendly and professional. The surgical assistant made mom feel comfortable right away. The doctor was friendly and explained everything that needed to be done thoroughly. We had a great experience at Dearborn Oral Surgery.

Staff is off putting and rude. Quote was incredibly high for wisdom teeth and office refused to provide any documented proof as to why. Felt like numbers were just made up with no medical reasoning. Their professional opinion of teeth impaction did not align with several other doctors. Shelby was unhelpful and seemed just as lost. This office replies under every negative review stating that poster is either not a patient or review is false, obviously they keep making excuses for unprofessional behavior.

I’ve been terrified of going to the dentist for years, so needing to have a tooth pulled was something I had been dreading. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Cohen and his staff made me feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely cared for. They were patient, kind, and reassuring every step of the way. I’m so grateful for the experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, high quality care at an affordable price.

Dr Cohen and Shelby were very professional and pleasant. They both made clear what they were going to do. Dr Cohen talking during the procedure and he was also very funny. I highly recommend anyone who needs dental work done to use him and his staff.

Shelby and Dr. Cohen were knowledgeable and able to answer my questions clearly. I had confidence in them going into the procedure despite having just met, the tooth extraction was painless during surgery - and QUICK! Thank you! Angie on reception was helpful too!
