I had an amazing experience at Define Dentistry from my initial phone call thru my appointment. The hygienist was amazing and Dr. Sanna explained everything and was so patient with me. Everyone was so kind. Even billing and future procedures and costs were all explained. I left feeling great about my appointment and work done.

Dr. Charlie and her team are amazing! I travel over 45 minutes to see Dr. Charlie because she’s the very best at what she does! I’ve gone to other dentists and none compare.Shelley up front is amazing as well, always responds quickly and helps me with getting in when needed / figuring out insurance issues/ questions. THANK YOU for the great care!

I highly recommend Dr. Sana Charlie. Her staff is amazing too. She is very easy to talk to, and you can easily talk about your concerns and will give you honest feed back regarding your teeth and gum health. She really cares for her patients.

Dr. Charlie is an exceptional dentist. My entire family now sees her for their dental needs. I have had poor experiences with dentists in the past but with Dr. Charlie I feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend her office.

The treatment plan is always explained thoroughly, and all questions are answered with patience. Gentle Approach: Dr. Charlie has an incredibly gentle touch. Cleanings and procedures are comfortable and pain-free. Staff/Office Environment: The entire staff is friendly and efficient, and makes the experience seamless, from scheduling appointments to handling insurance.
