I was late for my appointment. And yet, was still greeted with kindness and professionalism and seen in a timely manner. They took x-rays, was examined by the hygienist (to see what type of cleaning I would need), and by Doctor Peter Guirguis, who sat with me going over options and possible treatment plans. Not pushing one or another, but just trying to find the best fit, according to my needs and finances. I left the place feeling that I was in good hands. The icing on the cake is location. Just a hop skip and jump from my residence. I will be looking to Definitive Dental for all my dental needs

I was hesitant to visit this office because of their defensive and unprofessional responses to negative reviews, and unfortunately, my experience confirmed my concerns. They would not provide me the treatment plan paperwork that I had signed in office until I cancelled my appointment for treatment. All of a sudden the “in office only” protocol was magically lifted. The office manager was extremely condescending and took no accountability for the miscommunication THEIR office made. I’m glad I went with my gut instinct to not trust them with my dental health, especially after getting a second opinion and finding out they had misdiagnosed me. As you can see in their responses to other one star reviews, this office doesn’t take accountability when the customer has a negative experience. I would hope in the future they would see it as a chance to improve and not an ego hit. Edit: The owner’s response below is exactly why I left this review. Instead of addressing my legitimate business concerns, they chose to publicly comment on my private mental health. This is the same condescending, unprofessional tone I received via email. Refund or not, standard business practices were not met. I advise anyone to read the other one-star reviews for an accurate picture of how this office operates. Do better.

A close friend referred me to Definitive Dental and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly, warm and welcoming staff who set the tone for the visit. Dr. G is incredibly professional, patient and knowledgeable. It was clear that they truly care about their patients. This dental experience was definitely a pleasant one. For those without dental insurance, no worries— they offer a membership package that just make sense. I will definitely be returning. Thank you to the Definitive Dental Doctor and staff for making dental visits something to look forward to!

I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. The dentist is truly excellent at what he does, thorough, gentle, and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely at ease. The hygienist is just as wonderful: professional, friendly, and extremely thorough without being uncomfortable. Scheduling appointments is always easy and convenient, which I really appreciate. Prices are very reasonable, and they’re incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to insurance claims, making the whole process stress free. This office is well run, honest, and genuinely cares about their patients. Highly recommend!

First the staff was awesom, very friendly and caring. Zeim, was the best and very informative. The Doctor was kind and thorough and found the right plan to fit my needs every thing was nice and tighty! I will be back
