Tess is great, the whole staff is very nice and the communication is excellent. Membership is a great option if you expect to come back every 6 months or to have extra work done.

I met Dr. Brady Roby at the gym one day and when I say this guy is a saint, it doesn’t do this man justice. He’s quite possibly one of the most genuine and caring individuals I’ve ever met in my life. As a new resident to Sioux Falls he not only made me feel welcomed into town but lent me a bike to go riding with him around the bike loop. I’m somewhat of a wild soul and going to the dentist typically takes a backseat to adventure seeking, needless to say I needed a visit. I had chipped my teeth as a kid and always had issues with the fix not looking right or feeling right, typically breaking after a few months. Dr. Roby said he could fix me up and from past conversations his word was as good as gold, so I booked an appointment. There is a feeling you get when you walk into a well-run business when the energy just feels welcoming, almost like visiting family. I felt that immediately here. Right away the staff is welcoming l, friendly and fun, and gives ease to any anxiety one would have going to the dentist. The entire visit was so smooth, efficient, but not rushed. You had that feeling like you were the only client there yet they were clearly busy. Brady not only fixed up my teeth better than any other dentist before (it had been 6 or so times before I gave up), he immediately identified I needed a molar crowned and took care of that without hesitation. This man is an absolute legend, I can not say enough good things about him. The welcoming energy, the exceptional care, and expert craftsmanship I give my overall experience 11/10. As a nomad I am always on the move, but I will indeed be back to Dr. Roby for life as a patient and friend. Thanks for everything Brady, you truly are a God send, love you brotha!

Very friendly staff. The Dentist talk me through everything he was doing which is appreciated. The women that took care of me where great made me feel comfortable and asked if I was okay through it all. I would recommend this Dentist office to you all. 5 stars for sure

Dell Rapids dental is efficient and great. We purchase their dental insurance annually and get an extra 15% off. The entire staff is wonderful.
