Very satisfied with this clinic. I have been coming here since 2019 and I don’t plan to change any time soon. Dr Ahmadi is very nice and knowledgeable.

Love the Dentist here. They are genuinely good people and I know they truly care about their patients. They are always welcoming. My dad used to bring me when I was younger and now I make the drive on my own. Both Dr Ahmadi (Father and Son) are kind, gentle and efficient. They are totally worth the 45+ minute commute I make to see them. Their staff is always super helpful and friendly as well.

I would give them 5 stars if it wasn’t for their front desk or whoever is in charge of the phone. Everyone else is exceptional but being on hold for 15 minutes without even a courtesy “hello, one minute please” is wild! I’m currently on hold trying to make an appointment for my mother in law and husband after a great visit but I guess that won’t be happening. Unfortunate.

I like the dentist, but the lack of professionalism from the front desk is outrageous. The hold times on the phone, the amount of wait time when you have your actual appointment is 90+ minutes every time. I usually don't mind, but this last time was really frustrating. They did a CT scan that cost $295 that I had to pay for out of pocket, but little did I know that they hadn't even contacted my dental insurance which covers the CT scan which this dental office told me didn't. After that I waited 8 weeks for them to try to file a claim from my insurance. I spent hours calling my insurance and going back and forth with this dental office to try to get some answers and nothing. I wasted so much time. I finally decided it was time to go to another dentist. The new dentist I went to successfully filed a claim the same day. I don't quite understand why it seems this front office doesn't care, but I think they need to show more courtesy and responsiveness to the patients. I'm baffled that after 8 weeks I have to start at a new dentist. I tried getting a refund and they wouldn't comply. The most unfortunate part is that they don't own up to their mistakes, or at the very least be apologetic. If you're paying out of pocket this dentist might be okay for you, but it's definitely some compromises you'll have to make.
