Had wonderful care while getting impressions done but was told 2 weeks for my dentures to come in and then the office closed and I was told I’d still get them…. I paid my $1,600 up front and have been waiting since the beginning of march for them to be sent to my home. Emailed multiple times and haven’t gotten a response since the first part of April.

Dr. Hargett and his staff were exceptionally helpful. I woke up with massive tooth pain and swollen face. They arranged an emergency appointment and immediately knew it was an infection, prescribed antibiotics and worked out a plan to remove the tooth. Very relaxed vibe and staff was friendly.

Have scheduled three differ appointments with this office, all three appointments have been rescheduled due to the office getting the flu. My problem with this is the first appointment I drove to town(26 miles each way) and was close to my appointment they called and had to reschedule. The second time they called and rescheduled again. Today was my appointment for the third time and they called to reschedule for a later hour, I reluctantly agreed, they called and canceled again. At this point Im out about 40 dollars worth of gas and several hours of my time and they can’t tell me when I can be seen. Such a disappointment

This office has shut down and I have a drilled down tooth without a crown of which I prepaid $375.00 on Dec. 13, 2025 and when I call the office, I do not get an answer. I spoke with the receptionist asking to speak to the office manager when they first called to cancel my appointment and she hung up on me.

About Dental Arts and Implants

Dental Arts and Implants is a general, cosmetic, and restorative dental practice located at 520 North Pine Street in Harrison, Arkansas. The practice is led by Dr. John Hargett and describes itself as a cosmetic restoration and implant provider. Dental implants are a core focus, and the practice explains them as a secure base for replacement teeth that look, feel, and function like natural teeth while helping preserve the jaw and facial structure. Full-mouth restorative treatment is also offered for patients who have lost teeth to injury or decay and need work on both the upper and lower jaws. The practice website also includes a page dedicated to All-on-Four dental implants.

Beyond implants, the practice offers cosmetic dentistry and pediatric dentistry, with an emphasis on helping children feel at ease during visits. Dental Arts and Implants is accepting new patients and offers a free consultation. According to the website, the first visit covers your diagnosis and treatment options, and in some cases treatment can be performed the same day, though more complex cases may require a second appointment. Patients are asked to bring any referral slips, x-rays, a list of current medications, and insurance information to their first appointment. The office can be reached at (870) 409-4229.
