I used to go to dental associates as a kid and came back as an adult and schedule with Dr. Cailyn Lloyd. She was absolutely amazing!! At my exam I had some cavities that needed to be filled. Had the first one filled today and was extremely anxious. I didn’t even feel the needle, she filled two cavities in less than an hour and asked if I was okay during the entire process. I went into the appointment not knowing what to expect and being heavily anxious. I left feeling extremely well and understood. I would 100% recommend her and will be going back to her from now on!!

I love going to this dentist office because they are friendly, professional and respectful of my choices. I feel like I got the best hygienist possible, she remembers everything and I only see her twice a year. She's always giving me advice and tips to better care for my teeth and oral health. They also work quickly and are always concerned about your comfort.

I will be looking for a new dentist after this morning. Ive had several bad interactions leading to this which ive talked to staff and things keep happening. Today I walk in for a filling was told at my appointment at 7am a month ago to the day it would be $33 which great. Mind you ive had my cleaning and my filling a month ago and apparently even tho ive given my insurance to update everytime apparently they've been charging old insurance. So now im on hook for more which is really annoying. But my problem is this isnt even the first time something happened. Last year had my x rays taken, my cleaning that's was 6 months later (they only usually can schedule 7 to 8 months out..) they told me again I needed xrays but id be responsible for all the cost as insurance said they wouldnt cover it. She then argued with me and after about 10 minutes she goes oh your right you dont need them. Im aware I keep my records. Then the other time the girl had me in the chair for my cleaning and she continously hit me in the head with the back of the chair more then 5 times! I politely asked her to be more careful as it hurt and it didnt end! It happened several more times.
Also was here right at 7am this morning currently still waiting to go back at 730 am. Come to find out becky didnt check me in!!!!!!

This has been, by far, the worst experience I have ever had with any service provider.
On three separate occasions, I was told I would be contacted to schedule my implant appointment once the correct part arrived, as they did not have it in stock. Each time, I was never contacted. Instead, I had to call myself more than a month later to find out the part had already arrived and schedule the appointment.
I was originally told I had two steps remaining in my implant process. I am now six steps in and still have two steps left. The constant miscommunication and lack of organization has delayed my implant by over six months.
Due to last-minute appointment cancellations by this office, I was forced to miss work on two different occasions, resulting in hundreds of dollars in lost wages.
After deciding to switch dental providers, I was told that once I completed the records release form, my records would be sent immediately. I filled out and returned the form over a month ago. With an appointment scheduled for tomorrow at my new dentist, I called to confirm that my records had been sent. They had not. When I called, I was told, “Oh yes, I see you sent it back. I can send it now. Who would you like me to send it to?”—despite the receiving dentist’s information being clearly listed on the form I completed.
Overall, the poor communication, lack of follow-through, and disorganization from this office have caused significant delays, financial loss, and unnecessary stress. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

The staff has been very helpful and friendly and patient. My son needs to be seen urgently and we got an appointment as a new patient the very same day. It was determined that he needed a minor procedure to reduce further damage and we got an appointment for the next week.
Once we got into the exam room, my son's medical anxiety creeped in on us and he had a pretty big meltdown. The dentist and his assistants were very patient and accommodating, despite the stressful situation and the time it took. They stayed calm and helped me talk the kiddo down and kept him engaged while we waited for the novicaine to set in. Eventually, we got the job done and we were on our way. It was not easy for anyone involved, but everyone stayed in the game until the end.
We'll be back for checkups later this summer and look forward to seeing them again.
