Dental Associates of Boca Raton are more like visiting family than a Dental Practice. From the always upbeat and welcoming smile of Patient Coordinator, Alex, at reception, to the attentiveness and kind professionalism of Dr’s Costabile and Montemale the experience is always positive and productive.
Dental Assistant, Kim, is the most kind and fun loving person you’ll ever meet, however, every visit is not complete without an appointment or at least a conversation with the Worlds Greatest Dental Hygienist Adrianna!
Hands down the most accommodating and friendly Dentist Office in South East Florida!!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I believe in giving credit where it’s due—especially when I see how unfair some feedback can be.
Dental Associates of Boca Raton has consistently exceeded my expectations over the past five years.
While no place is perfect, what matters most to me is how I feel when I walk in: welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for by the entire staff and Dr. Costabile. That personal touch is why I keep coming back.
From the warm greeting at the front desk (Maury and Alex) to the professionalism of the dental assistants, the team is top-notch. Dr. Costabile treats patients like family and always goes above and beyond. The office also offers great specials and is always ready to help.
I wanted to share a genuine, positive experience because I truly love coming here. Highly recommended!

I usually have major anxiety about going to the dentist but Dr. Costabile made me feel completely at ease. He explained everything clearly and let me know what he was doing every step of the way, which really helped calm my nerves. The front desk team was friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about my insurance which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The office is super modern and clean, they even made and delivered my crown the same day, which was amazing. I can’t recommend Dental Associates of Boca Raton enough!!! Thank you guys for making every visit such a great experience!

This dental office of doctor Costabile is so very wonderful! Everyone, from the front desk associate, to hygienists, to the doctor himself, is very attentive and caring. For the past several years we have always received nothing short of the superior treatments. Thank you to all the staff - you are all superstars! 💞

I’ve been seeing Dr. Costabile since 2011 and have always had excellent care. He’s friendly, approachable, and his warm smile and experience make every visit smooth, easy, and positive. It’s all about the comfort of the patient, and I always know I’m in capable hands. The office is spotless, has the latest technology, and the dental technicians and front desk staff are amazing. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.
