My wife went here for an initial visit for exam and cleaning. We had to change dentist this year due to changing insurance plans. Based on her comments it sounds like we made the right choice. Her remarks were so good, she shared that the office was nice and very clean. All the staff were kind and very welcoming. The hygienist and the Doctor were gentle and kind. They explained everything thoroughly and did a great job. She had a tooth come loose last week, the Doctor assessed it and decided he would try to re-cement it right then and he did so as it was an old crown on its existing post, because there was still tooth in the gum to attach it to. He thought it would be worth a try and my wife agreed. It has been a couple days and it seems fine so far.
It was a great experience and she looks forward to many years of care from these fine folks.

So far great time experience for my dad with Dr.Gibbs on his first visit. Looking forward to future treatment sessions! Front desk staff and assistants were amazingly helpful too.

Thank you for your EXCELLENT work for this disabled veteran! I have received such comfortable care...I am actually not nervous going to my dental office. I feel like I matter...not like a "too over scheduled, in and out". Dorian Hoskins

My first visit at Dental Associates of Cleveland was a good experience. Melissa did a thorough job of cleaning and x-raying my teeth. Along with that she had many helpful suggestions for continued dental care. Dr Gibbs gave a thorough exam and discussed a procedure going forward. The entire staff was pleasant, helpful and friendly. I would definite recommend this dental office.

Just moved to the area and my husband and I needed to find a new dentist. When I first called, appointments weren’t available until March, but I asked to be put on the cancellation list and was able to get in the very next week.
I can honestly say this has been my best dental experience in years. I love that it’s not a dental mill where dentists and hygienists are constantly changing. It’s a sole practice with Dr. Gibbs, and the hygienist has been there for years, which really adds to the comfort and consistency of care.
For the first time in a long time, I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to upsell me or recommend unnecessary work. Everyone made me feel genuinely comfortable and welcome from the moment I walked in. My husband echoes my sentiment.
Thank you for such a great experience — we will definitely continue our dental care with this practice!
