Extremely kind and compassionate staff. Listened to every concern and gave me options for each one. I also got a new patient appointment scheduled within 2 weeks and a cleaning scheduled 2 days after my initial appointment. Definitely recommend!

I am terrified of going to the dentist. Am new to the area after moving from the DC area about 6 months ago. I checked reviews thoroughly, and this practice got rave reviews. I made an appt and expressed my trepidation - they have been amazing! Dr Eric Hansen and his team in Millsboro have really changed my entire view of going to the dentist. They work with you at your comfort level. Just let them know. They don’t pressure for future treatments, they give you options from ok to do nothing…to may want to do this to prevent…So, I hate going to the dentist..but I really feel safe there. And so glad to finally fix some issues!

Very happy with my first time experience going there. Dr Hansen and his long time assistant were very knowledgeable and experienced. Although things didn’t go exactly as planned this was zero fault on their part. I liked that they listened to me, instead of just telling me and through a collaborative effort we came to what WE thought to be the most prudent actions going forward. I would highly recommend them to anybody seeking a new dentist or a dentist in general Looking forward to my next appointment

Everyone was very nice, professional, thorough, and everything was clean. The only complaint is the pain caused from the tool used for x-rays. I understand it's not their fault and I guess developers can't figure out a more comfortable way of taking x-rays. I did appreciate the very clear images of the x-rays and the time Dr. Wang took to explain them. Since I went to the same dentist for over 40 years, I didn't expect this type of comprehensive exam, the expense or that my teeth wouldn't be cleaned. As a new patient, I would have appreciated a message with these details. I do like that I received a call that same day to move my cleaning appointment from June to this coming week. Thank you for your care and services.

Made an appointment for a Cleaning. Was told upfront what it would cost. When I got there, they bait and switched it. Dr. Bennett seems a little uncaring to me. I had x-rays, but he wanted to take new ones. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!
