I really appreciated the aesthetics of the office, and the dentist along with the assistants and hygienists were all wonderful. However, I was very disappointed to receive a bill in the mail for over $250 after my visit without any prior warning. When I scheduled the appointment, I was very clear that I did not have a large budget for additional expenses and was told to expect approximately $100 out of pocket, which I was comfortable with. A few weeks later, I received a bill for over $250, which the office explained was due to my insurance. Had I known that the total cost of a routine dental appointment would exceed $350, I would not have booked the appointment. I am disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the potential cost and would have appreciated clearer communication upfront.

From the moment I walked in to Dental Bliss, I was greeted so warmly! Every single person in that building made me feel welcome and comfortable. The aesthetic is calming and relaxing. The dentist took time with me, even though I was only there for a teeth whitening. The young lady who did my Zoom whitening was so patient and kept checking on me. If you have any anxiety about going to the dentist, try Dental Bliss. I’ve never experienced anything like it! (And my teeth look amazing!)

From the front office staff, to the technicians, every one is so pleasant and friendly while preparing you to see the dentist. I cannot say enough amazing things about this office and Dr. Gilbert. I will always recommend this establishment for dental care. They turned an appointment that used to be full of dread into something to look forward to!

Love the dentist, Dr. Gilbert, my dental hygienist, Juli, and the office manager, Angie. My husband and I have been going to dental bliss for 7+ years and we have always loved the staff. From the time you check in to the time you check out they are efficient, professional and kind. Juli is perfect for me because I can be particular about certain things and she never makes me feel like an inconvenience. Honestly most of the time she seems excited to help and make me comfortable. Angie is also kind, and always helps you understand what things will cost with insurance or what options you have with zero pressure. Dental bliss cares about your health and they remember you as a person. I must add that they are exceptional human beings above all.

I had an excellent experience at Dental Bliss From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. My dentist, Dr. Eliza Gilbert has such a calm, reassuring presence she was incredibly thorough, explaining everything in detail and making sure I felt at ease throughout the entire visit. The Dental assistant Lacy and hygienist Juli did a fantastic job with my teeth, and I appreciated the gentle care. Overall, a very positive experience—highly recommend Dental Bliss.
