The billing staff are incompetent telling me I had $300 to pay 2 hours before asking me for $700 at check out . They should have been checking insurance properly. Their attitude is self righteous over something that could have been prevented. I spent 4 hours on the phone with both Medicare and my dental insurance discovering the truth. They made fun of me because I didn’t have my first part of the crown money in August, blaming me. I spend $700 in December and was advised $300 in January. They took no culpability for their incompetence. I wouldn’t go to this dental office if it was the last place in America. Zero stars if there was one. I sent a letter of grievance thru my health insurance and as promised writing poor reviews of their incompetence here and in the media. I would have had several procedures amounting to eventually nearly $ 6,000. I am 68 years old ER nurse so I see a poor customer care by experience in health care settings. This clinic billing staff DOES not care. The dentists that work there should know how their billing staff is treating patients and should care!

From the initial phone call to the actual procedure it was a 5 star out of 5 star experience. As a person who gets very anxious going to the dentist they made the whole experience feel safe. The receptionists are very welcoming and helpful. They give lots of information and show a lot of compassion. His dental assistant was so kind and really listened to me. She definitely has a bright future ahead of her. When Dr. Deeter came into the room he was very knowledgeable and had a very calming demeanor. I cannot thank him and his staff enough for making this experience a positive one and has quite possibly helped me feel less anxious about going to the dentist.

Dr. John Chase kind and knowledgeable dentist. He takes the time to explain what he will doing and answers any questions you might have. The whole staff is wonderful. Very peaceful atmosphere to have your dental care done.

Front desk messed my reschedule for an appointment and I was banned after that because of her ignorance . Also a child’s appointment btw . I called and cancelled, I’m sure she told her tale. The truth was, I called to cancel and wanted to reschedule the only call I got was being told they can no longer serve us for that . Terrible front desk or whomever that was sorry not sorry . Now I’m stuck with trying to find in network dentist thanks front desk lady .

Meet the Doctors
The practice's doctors are Dr. John Chase and Dr. Nathan Deeter. Dr. Chase is originally from Hazen, North Dakota, earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Mary in Bismarck, and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Colorado, Denver Health Sciences Center before returning home to join Dental Care Associates, where he provides general dentistry. Dr. Deeter graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2007 and focuses on general dentistry. He has completed surgical implant training under Dr. Carl Misch and performs implant site evaluations and surgical implant placement at the practice.
