Dental Care of Muskogee

I have an irrational fear of going to any dentistry in general, but this place always puts me at ease! The staff is so nice but I want to shout out the lady up front, her name is Amber. The office was short staffed so instead of working at the computer, she was more than happy to help my dentist in being their assistant that day and didn’t make me feel like a burden, as most places would! I only come to this office because of Amber! She used to work at a different dental office but after I heard she was transferring I followed her here! Again, this is the only place I will go to, they’re reassuring, they take care of me and help me understand things I haven’t before! Way to go Amber and staff!

I went to this dentist for office visits. The dentist and the nurse were very nice and professional. Where it all went wrong was when we went up to the front expecting every thing to be covered because before me and my mom drove all the way from eufaula, my mom called and asked about pricing and they stated office visit and cleanings were covered but when we went up to the front it was something completely different. So obviously my mom was questioning. Amber, one of the front desk ladies was very rude and kept slamming stuff and rolling her eyes and even at one point walked off. Not only that but they all started gossiping about me and my mom mocking us while we were talking to the sweet nurse Angie who was trying her best to get everything figured out. I get both side because I work in customer service, but the way these ladies were acting was very childish and unprofessional. I really feel bad for the customer who has had to deal with these snobby brats.

Ever had a dentist take your crooked front teeth and not only repair them (chips/cavities/out of alignment) but also straighten your teeth out without the use of braces? Mine did... I haven't smiled in years and now I've got every reason to. I've been self conscious about my teeth since I was 12 and got pushed off of a 2 foot rise porch backwards, causing my knee to smash into my upper teeth and pushing one backwards and making them all uneven. 1 trip to Dental Care of Muskogee and this man took lemons and made some friggin lemonade... Look at the before picture... I had a sheered off canine with a cavity inside, most of those upper teeth were chipped off and had jagged edges PLUS cavities in failing fillings. The center right upper tooth was noticeably farther back than the other. 💥This dentist DID NOT have to rebuild my teeth/fix my smile.... it was not part of the treatment plan... TRUST when I say the VA does NOT want to pay for a pretty smile... I was told directly by the VA "we want to pull your back 4 teeth.... it's easier than fixing and we're on a budget." Dental Care of Muskogee (my dentist) did all of that out of the kindness of his heart... He was in no way required to do the extra mile.... Alas... he did... because he's an awesome American Patriot with genuine care for his patients.💥 Not only do they do absolutely amazing work, but they are super polite, fun to talk to, very personable, non-judgmental, super quick, and for those that don't like pain or dentist chairs.... I have been 3 times and still have never felt a needle, no sting, no nothing.... When the anesthetic wears off, it feels like I never went in. I'm used to Army Dentists and lemme tell ya... those jokers do NOT care about your pain or sensitivity... This is the first time I've ever found a dentist that didn't cause me pain during the process... I'm 42. Give them a ring! I'm with the VA and was referred out to the community and chose this office and am SO GLAD this was where I went. If I have a choice... I'll never go back to a VA dentist if I can use these guys. I wouldn't even trust Muskogee VA with a cleaning... they're garbage. I can't speak highly enough of my experiences with this dental office. If you have a choice... heed my words... go to Dental Care of Muskogee... You and your mouth will be forever grateful 🙏. If my dentist sees this review, know you're in my Will 😁.

Nicest lady at the desk she answered all of my questions and made me fell better about me past dental experience that was sucky

I just made an apt and the receptionist was so friendly! I appreciate the professionalism!
