I never thought I’d say this, but I love going to the dentist—something you don’t hear every day, right? The professionalism of the entire team, along with the excellent care from Dr. Wooddell, makes every visit a positive experience. They are kind, thorough, and always make you feel at ease. Highly recommend!

In the future, I think you need to tell patients there will be a charge the day of the visit. I was under the impression that I had two free cleanings a year. When I get to the desk I owe almost $200.00 for x-rays and a cleaning. If I had known that when I walked in I would have left

What an interesting appointment! Before even completing my forms and going back for care, I observed an irate patient demanding to see the dentist to discuss her broken bridge that was 14 years old. She was adamant that she was not completing any paperwork for a new patient until she spoke with the dentist. Dr Long Wooddell came out and actually talked to this patient despite her busy schedule. I was impressed with how polite Dr Long Wooddell was, even though this person was not a patient of the practice. My appointment proceeded and all of the providers were friendly and knowledgeable. I was really impressed with front office staff who greeted me with a big welcoming smile and made me feel right at home. I'm sure this practice is the right choice for dental care for me!

Avoid this office unless you’re comfortable with billing surprises and subpar work. Before my procedure, they took impressions and provided a written estimate showing what both of my insurance plans would cover, along with my out-of-pocket cost (which they circled clearly). Based on that, I moved forward and paid what they told me I owed. The experience itself was concerning. The assistants often seemed unsure of what they were doing, and the dentist openly scolded them in front of me. It created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. In preparation for the procedure, I had a tooth extraction that became infected. The extraction was on a Wednesday. By Friday, I was having issues and called the office. Since they’re closed on Fridays, I spoke with an operator who said my message would be passed along. I never received a call back on Monday. I ended up going to urgent care to get antibiotics on my own. When I finally got back in touch, they asked if the antibiotics were working and scheduled me, but the lack of follow-up after reporting an infection was extremely disappointing. When my crowns were placed, I approved them while my mouth was swollen and I was still under the effects of anesthesia. Once the swelling went down, I realized the crowns were noticeably shorter than my original teeth. I’m still not sure what the purpose of the impressions was if the final result didn’t match. The biggest issue came months later. About 7 months after everything was completed and paid for, I received a call saying I owed an additional $3,000–$4,000. This made no sense given the estimate they had provided upfront. After multiple calls, I was told one of my insurance claims had been denied. When I contacted the insurance company directly, they told me the claim was denied because it was filed too late by the dental office. At one point, I even received a voicemail from the office where someone in the background can be heard saying, “we messed up,” before the caller asked me to call them back. I’m still dealing with this situation, but between the billing issues, lack of accountability, and poor experience overall, I would steer clear of this circus.

This place is the best! It has a very welcoming atmosphere! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and got checked in. My whole experience as a new patient was wonderful. From the lounge to getting my initial look to getting treatment was quick and easy. Everything was explained in way that was easy to understand. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know. … I have been coming here a couple of times now and it still stands. They are great! All the staff members are always helpful. They take care of me as soon as I come in for my appointment. I would still definitely recommend this place to anyone I know.
