Hands down the worst experience I’ve had with a dental practice. I’m not one to write a bad review but this practice truly deserves one. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with healthcare. This is not my regular dentist so when I was pulled in by a staff member from the waiting room, I was told that they wanted to give me the “best care” but needed to know if I planned on leaving my dentist. To follow that up, HIPPA was broken, and I have called numerous times and promised a follow up call from a manager and have yet to receive one after 3 months. Money was the priority and they made it very clear. I was told I needed a mouth guard for teeth grinding, and no one had looked inside my mouth yet. Yet, finance came to the room and told me it would be $1,100. I got a call from that same finance person regarding my bill, and she told me someone would follow up with me that following Monday. Still yet to get a call.
Patients deserve professionalism, communication, and respect for their privacy. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and completely unsupported. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this practice to think carefully about how important patient confidentiality and responsiveness are.

My hygienist Kirsty is truly the best. She’s the reason I keep coming back. She’s incredibly gentle, thoughtful, and has such a warm, bubbly personality that she instantly puts you at ease. Every visit with her feels comfortable and genuinely cared for.
Dr. Roth is fantastic as well—professional, accommodating, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly. You can tell he really values his patients.
The office staff is equally wonderful. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Booking appointments is unbelievably easy thanks to their text‑based scheduling system, which fits perfectly into my busy life.
Overall, this entire team makes going to the dentist a positive experience, and that says a lot. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience with Dental Care at 1500 Summer Street, Stamford Ct. A wonderful team with Dr Patel, Maria, Anette and the front desk. They also have a great and professional hygienist, Kirsti. Everyone should go there to have their teeth done. I am so proud of my smile now. Guys, you are doing an awesome job and so kind and well mannered. Thank you but it’s not enough. You deserve a whole recognition from everyone. Thank you!

I had such a great experience at Dental Care Stamford! Dr. Patel is incredibly professional, thorough, and really takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The entire team is super friendly especially Karen! She was so helpful scheduling my appointments. She made my experience very welcoming and stress free. The whole office is clean and well-run. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in Stamford!

I did orthodontic treatment with Dr Simon and Ira and everything was wonderful, service was great. Had some additional cosmetic work after to improve my smile and couldn’t be happier. People tell me that my smile is beautiful and I am very happy. Paula, the coordinator helped me organize the payment pro folio. I would highly recommend
