I was contacted by them today. They said I was no longer their patient and to get a different dentist. I was astonished because I am always super polite, arrive a half hour or an hour early, pay my bill without delay. What had I done? Why were they refusing to treat me, even though I had cavities that really needed attention? It was because in the last 4 years I'd been their patient, I had to reschedule because of illness 6 times. I did NOT no call no show. Ever. I faithfully rescheduled. My husband works at a factory with 200 people, my son has a job at a popular restaurant, so yeah. We get sick a lot. I had no idea sickness would get you cancelled. Now my husband has been laid off, and I also have to find a new dentist. I hope people will read this and avoid these people. They do not give a CRAP.
Edited to add. My son had a scheduled appointment this week and he didn't confirm it fast enough. They said he was locked and they couldn't take him.for 2 years.

Nice, clean office with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. The care itself is good once you’re seen. The main challenge is that it can take a long time to get an appointment, and it would be great to see some scheduling or structural changes to help fit patients in more efficiently. Overall a good practice with room to improve access.

This place is a joke! I went in inquiring about having some teeth removed and getting dentures (I had 4 broken teeth and 4 cracked ones). They subjected me to a very painful cleaning and debridement (months of pain and sensitivity after). The hygienist ignored my complaints of pain and actually told me to sit still. The dentist was rude and refused to discuss my want for dentures. She then told me she wanted to "save" the cracked teeth and that I would need a root canal. They wanted me to come back for another cleaning in 6 months. Well, within 6 months, those teeth she wanted to "save" are broken off at the gum, and I have 2 more cracked teeth. I am in more pain now than I was before I went there. Why would you want to save broken and cracked teeth when the patient is requesting dentures?

I would never recommend this dental clinic. The staff is disrespectful and rude. Shows no ethical standards or principals in their practice. Discriminate towards patients. Ignores patients at reception is counter or phone calls. The false accusations and lies they tell to drop patients and especially over minors. Staff has no respect, honesty, Guidance or values with their business. Worst dentist office ever.
