I highly recommend Dental Clinics North- Cheboygan. I have been to different dentists in the past. I needed a tooth extracted, was totally terrified. This staff could not of been any kinder. My experience was totally pain free, that has never been the case in past experiences with other dentists. The dentist and all the staff were great!!!

Total waist of time! I've taken my grandchild to DRs & dentist all of his 16 years & these people brought us in knowing our situation, we spend an hour there, then a nurse says you don't have guardianship paperwork can't help you! This has never been a problem at countless dr offices, emergency wards & extensive dental work at many places in this state but her in Cheboygan! BS!!!! This kid is in pain!

Can't even get a response via email so why bother having it listed on the website at all? And via phone they wanted my social security number just to make an appointment. Why can't that be given in person at the time of appointment? Feels sketchy to me.

I don’t normally even do reviews but I have to say this is one of the worst dentists as far as professionalism I have ever been to. I had some work done on a Friday and my mouth was cut on the outside of my lip. Then after all the numbing agent stuff wore off I was in pain. I thought it was because of the newness of the fillings. On Tuesday I called because I was still in pain having dentist to cold and hot, throbbing pain when sleeping, bleed when brushing. On Thursday after not hearing anything back from the office I stopped in they wanted me to wait until Friday to be seen and pay an additional &100 for the appointment after explaining that I didn’t have any problems with the tooth before hand except getting food stuck in it. (This was a tooth they talked me into keeping the year before after breaking it almost in half I wanted them to pull). The staff is very rude and often treats you like a second rate citizen especially if you don’t have insurance. Now I have a throbbing tooth possible infection and no trust that they even care to help anything but their pockets. I would highly recommend my cats dentists before seeing these guys.

The dental hygienist was absolutely top-notch, but unfortunately, a couple things hit me wrong. The ladies in reception were talking about some new policy of Trumps, and one of them was loud. (Can we EVER be spared?) And the doctor couldn't be bothered to spend more than 60 seconds. He introduced himself, looked in my mouth, and left, making the hygienist explain his diagnosis and treatment options.
