Anytime I have taken any of my children over here, there is a certain dental hygienist who named I did not care to remember. Either mid-40s early fifties, with black hair short, and in a ponytail. She looked at my 7 year old after seeing the work he needed done because he has bad genetics, and told him "We need to remind Mommy to take better care of you, dont we?"
My 7 year old then seen the tears in my eyes and said "you are the nicest mommy ever!"
So even a 7 year old knew better.
I have not had a problem with the dentist himself, he has always been courteous and kind. But I have had more than just this recent encounter with the hygienist saying nasty and demeaning things towards me without even asking about family history. I will never again experience the ugly crying I did while in that office. No chance to explain myself, explain any medical history, and everything I said was incorrect to her. I wish I knew her name because I would absolutely report her. This is more than once.

Awesome staff ! Fun, interactive and perfect environment to take your kids to for any dental needs. All three of my boys had back to back appointments. They were quick but efficient.

Dr Russ at DCN- Gaylord is the absolute best dentist we have ever seen. He eases the anxiety, he is understanding, he is honest and so kind. He does FANTASTIC work. Could not recommend him enough!!!

Scheduled an appointment six months ago For tooth pain, Called me two days before the appointment and had to reschedule because of an error on their part, Rescheduled me For seven months later. Thanks I guess I’d rate the service if I got any

Absolutely terrible. The assistant there seems to always talk down on you if there is any issues as if some things when it comes to oral health isn't due to genetics problems.
