Excellent service from the time I walked into the office. The receptionist greeted me immediately & gave me a compliment on what I was wearing. And my dental hygienist, Sandy was just as welcoming. Sandy is great. Passionate about her job & interested in her patients. I remembered her from year鈥檚 ago. Better yet Sandy remembered me! I鈥檓 grateful to have her as my hygienist. Thank you Sandy. 馃挅

Dr. Doctor was super professional and thorough with his diagnostics. He was easy to talk to. His team provided excellent customer service. Once called to the back, the Doc was ready to see me. I didnt go from one waiting room to another. Great job!

For the most part, my visit was fine at the end. I just felt that the girl that was rescheduling. My appointment was a little bit condescending. I didn鈥檛 appreciate her tone I felt that was being scolded was correcting me for an appointment. The technically, I had asked them that at the end of the year how much I would be paying and they will get back to me. But apparently they did, which is not true because I never got the total amount then my insurance At the beginning of the year . Anyways, for the most part, everything was good other than that.

My teeth look much better now. I鈥檓 very happy from smiling again. I love that they don鈥檛 have to take impressions anymore to make a night guard !!! Dr Pepper is incredible. First dentist ever that didn鈥檛 hurt me giving me numbing shots. He鈥檚 so friendly and kind that he calms you down with his presence. I鈥檓 so glad he ended up as my dentist. I鈥檓 truly happy going to see the dentist for the first time ever. Thank you Dr Pepper and Carol too as always it鈥檚 good to see you two!!!

My family has been using this dental office over many years. Recently, I had an accident over a weekend and lost one of my front teeth. I went in early Monday morning (without an appointment) to see if they would be able to help. Dr Zernicke and his assistant Lea were amazing. They addressed my situation with understanding and care.
