This office is excellent! Even though I dread dental work Dr. Whalen puts my mind at ease by being skilled at what he does, being thorough, and very mindful of keeping me comfortable and pain free for every procedure. His staff is excellent and quite nice as well! I feel well taken care of and quite comfortable in this office.

I am petrified of the dentist, it’s literally a phobia now. I must say I scheduled my first appointment and was highly impressed. I was greeted by the dental staff like I was family. Made me feel like I was in good hands. The office was clean and pleasantly appealing. The staff was kind and professional. The office ran efficiently like a well oiled machine. No waiting, No delay in care. I was presented with a plan of care and scheduled quickly for my consultation and the next steps of my needs. No secrets, No surprises. Very professional. I felt very relaxed that my fears were taken into consideration and that I was in safe hands.

Been having pain for months after a root canal, X-rays showed was successful. My primary Dr recommended me to Dr. Whalen for a second opinion. Got in very quickly which I was grateful . Day of my appointment I got stuck in construction traffic and would be arriving 20 minutes later. I was stressing so much that I wouldn’t be seen. Called the office, they could not have been kinder. Ended up getting there on time and they took me right away. As soon as I met Dr Whalen and his assistant I felt in great hands. They saw that my bite was off, Dr. Whalen adjusted it and told me I should be feeling much better in 1-2 weeks. I was just so thrilled that he found a problem, for 4 months my endodontist and dentist said it just takes time. He knew right away. I can’t speak highly enough about him, his assistant and the front office staff. Not only were they kind but hopefully fixed the problem that was wearing me down. What a pleasure being surrounded by this office.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dentist. I paid $300 for treatment on my tooth, but shortly after the appointment I noticed the work didn’t look or feel right. I raised my concern right away because I genuinely felt something was wrong. Instead of addressing the issue or fixing the original work, I was told the solution would be to replace the entire tooth, which I do not agree with. I feel this is excessive, especially since the original treatment was not done properly in the first place. Within just 2 days, the tooth chipped exactly where I had pointed out the concern, confirming that the issue was not in my head. I’m frustrated that I was not offered a fair or reasonable fix after already paying for treatment. Based on my experience, I do not feel confident recommending this office.

Dr Whalen is great! Very thorough and extremely patient w me since I have a phobia of the dental chair! He's wonderful to work with, as are his staff, everyone is very nice and you just get a good feeling when you walk through the doors. The atmosphere is relaxing and they have all the up to date technology and the rooms are nice and airy. I found a place where im comfortable.
