4.22.2026 I had the BEST experience at Dental Edge of Norman. DAY 1- I was very impressed by the front office staff of Warda and Casey - my details were taken and paper work done and the entire process of seeing Dr. Fazli explained. Jayda took over and the preliminary X-Rays done with great proficiency. Dr. Fazli gave me a thorough consultation and patiently explained the options I had about my missing teeth. I was given and explained the estimate by Casey. DAY 2 - I got my teeth cleaned by Mariele- it was an awesome experience- very personable with a very steady hand. It was the best experience over the years I have got my teeth cleaned. I was then handed over to Nicole as I had to have a surgical procedure done. Again, Nicole was amazing - explained in detail as to what was going to happen and did the preparatory work. Dr. Fazli came in and did his magic with no pain at all. Then Nicole took a scan for my new dentures! I strongly recommend this practice for anybody wanting a great office, top notch equipment and amazing support personnel and a very capable Doctor. I've been a patient at this office since I was 16. I'm now 26, and after 10 years of being a loyal patient, I have completely lost trust in this practice. In 2016, I had a root canal done. At no point was I told that I needed a crown afterward, which is standard to protect the tooth. I suppose I’ve now been walking around with a temporary crown for 10 years. At my recent visit, they informed me that there truly is no record of me ever getting a permanent crown. Fast forward to 2019, when I came in three separate times with severe pain in my face. Each time I was told nothing was wrong. They suggested it was my sinuses or even "that time of the month" instead of taking my concerns seriously. Eventually, I was told I needed another root canal, surprise, on the tooth that I had complained about previously. I explained that I couldn't just come up with $2,000 on the spot and would schedule it once the pain returned. Shortly after, they filled a cavity on the tooth next to it. I started getting calls threatening to send me to collections for an unpaid balance on that filling, even though I paid in full when the procedure was performed. Every time I called to dispute it, I was told the billing person was out of the office and no one else could help. That excuse went on for two weeks before they agreed to dismiss the charge because they didn’t even have record of which tooth supposedly had the unpaid filling. Now I’m being told I need TWO root canals—the new one being the same tooth they just filled the cavity on. Today, despite having no confidence left in this office, I called to schedule the root canals needed. Now I'm being told I actually need THREE root canals. One of which I have never heard of. The diagnosis seems to change every time I walk through the door. Between the inconsistent treatment plans, dismissing my pain, poor communication, and billing issues, I have zero confidence in this practice anymore. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Fazli and his staff. They were so kind and extremely helpful. They put together a realistic plan for my dental needs and made me feel so optimistic about moving forward to better oral health. I would absolutely encourage anyone to come see for yourself, but especially if, like me, you’re afraid to go to the dentist. They are AMAZING 😊👍

I am very pleased with my new dentist! The entire staff is competent and professional as well as friendly. The pricing is fair and not gouging. I appreciate the prompt service and attention to detail that was profoundly present during my visit.

Always the best! So much so that, even though I moved to California, I came back ti get my teeth cleaned when I visited Oklahoma! The best dental office ever! I highly recommend!
