My experience continues to be superior. I find each person in the office to be pleasant, kind, personable, and supporting. Dr. Esterson is meticulous and critically detailed in her work. I love the high standard for quality work. Bravo!

This is a first class Dental Office. I really appreciate the kindness that was shown to me on my first visit. I was referred by my dentist to go to Dental Excellence. Already I’m glad I did! Alan Wow, I just had my second appointment with Dr Ousborne. A lot times in the past I was hesitant to even go to a Dental office. But not here. I know I am definitely in the best of hands with this truly amazing office. Just watching and listening to Doctor Ousborne and his Amazing assistant recording notes, and the way they go about their craft is pure Master Class. I can’t wait to return, Alan Lloyd

All of the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I was surprised how incredibly thorough they were and explained everything throughout the appointment. The offer top tier service. This will be my dentistry going forward.

Dr. Estersen was kind, and gave a lengthy amount of time; her dental assistant, Jen was also warm and helpful. They also helped with payment options, even offering to wave a fee, and discount an upgraded "similar" service. The front desk staff, and several other assistants were relatively cold.

I am having a lot of work on my teeth at the moment and I couldn't ask for better care at Dental Excellence: Advanced Prosthodontics & Dentistry of Towson. Dr. Pat and Laura have done everything possible to help me feel comfortable and safe every time I have been in the dentist chair. They both took time to me to reassure me when I became slightly anxious. They have answered every question I could think of regarding my treatment plan which totally helped to allay all my fears. They are working with me to make an individual treatment plan to help improve my smile and my overall health. I am now and will always be grateful to them for my new smile and the care they have given. Thank you Dr. Pat & Laura I can't say thank you enough! Kathryn Rakowski
