Dr. Killpack, Jen, and the team here at Dental Excellence are the best! They are very professional, knowledgeable, and make you feel right at home. The office is very welcoming with lots of natural light and has a nice view. I recently switched Dentist’s to Dr. Killpack and the new patient forms were sent to me electronically so I could fill them out at my leisure and were quick and easy to complete. They have text communication so I was able to get reminders ahead of my appointment which were very convenient. Even the music they had playing was awesome! I highly recommend Dr Killpack and his staff and will definitely be back!

Been going here for a few years now. Always enjoy the conversations and the dentist is great, declined my seat pretty far but had no issues at all. Figured it made it easier for him. Pretty sure doctor frost doesnt work here anymore, 70% certain. Anyways, thanks for the good service guys

I went 9 years without any dental visits, until a broken filling forced me to go. I was hesitant to choose a new dentist, but I'm glad I went to Dental Excellence. Dr. Killpack knows what he's doing. It was a far better experience than I've had in the past. He and his team earned my business. Thank you!!

Highly recommend Dr. Frost. I had a trouble spot where food was getting caught every time I ate. I went to multiple dentists who tried to fix it, but they did not fix the problem. Dr. Frost was able to fix it his first try. He is also great at explaining what he is doing and answered all my questions. He's the best!

I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Killpack, he was so attentive to my questions and took the time to really listen to me and make sure he understood what my issues were before doing an amazing job with my teeth 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone in the area, go get your teeth cared for by Dr. Killpack!!!
The front staff was also so kind and helpful and Maya was the sweetest. Thank you all!

He purchased the practice in early 2026 and focuses on helping patients feel comfortable and confident through gentle, high-quality care built on comfort, education, and honesty. Dr. Killpack lives in nearby Chubbuck with his wife, Gretta, and their four boys, and enjoys skiing, mountain biking, camping, and fishing with his family.
