The staff is very nice. However, after the cleaning, we waited for over an hour for the doctor to come in for the exam. After 45 minutes, I had to go ask what was going on. I was told he was in a procedure. Ok, it would have been nice to know that without having to go ask myself. Then, a girl came in after O asked and said we could keep waiting or make another appointment and come back for the exam. I drive an hour to get there to begin with. I asked how much longer he would be and she went to check(which was nice). It was another 15 minutes. We waited. He did come in and the exam took maybe 10 minutes tops. When we went to check out, the next appointment was just made without asking if the date and time were ok. This is the first time anything like this has happened.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would.. This is my first time ever coming to this location because it’s the only one close that would accept my insurance. i had scheduled an appointment 4/20/26 at 11:30AM for them to just give me a consultation of what’s to come next after being seen. I then scheduled my next appointment which was ultimately far away in August 2026 because they stated that’s all they have opened at the moment. i was obviously disappointed because of my condition but i was willing to wait. hearing my complaint about the time I was told countless times by the front reception ladies of the office that I should keep calling and keep trying because they get “cancellations all the time and I could possibly be moved up immediately”. by grace a week later I was called on Tuesday 4/28/26 at 9:30am by one of the front office receptionist woman (I didn’t catch her name and I wish I did) told me that someone had canceled an appointment for 4/4/26 at 2PM and I could take their spot. through the conditions I'm STILL CURRENTLY IN, i accepted the spot immediately. i live 25 minutes from this location, and for the call to be on such short notice, I even had to call out of work to show up. I showed up to my appointment ON TIME just to go up to the kiosk for it to tell me that I had no appointment for that day and this is my second time coming to this location so I knew that something wasn’t right because it didn’t happen the first time. I went to the front desk to ask them what the problem was, and they couldn’t even find my name in their system. everybody just raised an eyebrow and looked around like they had the brain of a goldfish, and didn’t know what the heck was going on. one receptionist started walking around asking everyone who made the call and somehow no one spoke to me out of 7 people i seen in the building. they then constantly kept asking me who I received a call from like I was supposed to ask. all i was worried about was getting my new appointment scheduled. then the lady at the front told me there was nothing that they could do about it and turned me away. she didn’t even offer to reschedule my appointment. after showing them proof of the phone call and still no answers I gave up and I did walk out the building, but then I thought to myself I can’t just let this slide cause I’m walking back out of the building the same way I came in, with no explanation, but a shoulder shrug. so I then asked another receptionist for a manager and she did the same thing that the last woman did: just walk around asking other receptionist and dental assistants questions. i then heard them giggling about my situation in the other room hearing someone say “are they still standing there?” like I was just supposed to leave. so i started to get frustrated & i stated to them there have to be someone i can talk to higher than them because y’all can’t just turn me away after y’all called ME to schedule this appointment and made ME come up here to be disappointed. I then spoke to a third woman who seemed like she was higher up than the other receptionist, but she was just as confused as everyone else. she told me there was nothing that she could do about it and that if I wanted to be seen, I still wouldn’t be seen anytime soon even though the whole point of me being there was because y’all had my appointment moved up in the first place. so the appointment that I had in August already scheduled was gone! I just got up and said thank you and walked out without rescheduling because who knows if this would happen again. for this to be my first time here and this is my experience I would not return to this location and I would not use this location. they have unprofessional receptionists that need to be retrained. there's no way in h311 you called ME to schedule a new appointment to NOT add me to the scheduled appointment and I went out of my way to accept it and come all the way out here just to be turned away for three people to tell me that they don’t know a thing. why would you call me to LIE?!

I was very happy with my visit. I had only a 17 minute wait, the employees were very helpful and kind. The building was clean and organized. I didn’t care so much for the check-in process but I finally finished (information/1st X visit.) People were in & out quickly. I do recommend this office! ** 6/22/26: 2nd visit was for a root canal. I was completely pleased with everyone and the complete process. I had no wait @ 8am on a Monday. Everything went so smoothly and painless I could have went to sleep. Great people & a great place for your dental work. I absolutely recommend this business/Office!!!

Nice and helpful staff at a very busy dentist office. The doctors on site are nice and thorough with their evaluations and creations of a treatment plan. The dental assistants and nurses are pleasant and friendly. There are 16+ treatment rooms with many employees on site. There are many services offered here. When going to a Dental Express if your follow their process it is usually a smooth visit. Maybe a little longer than most places, but they do good work. It is highly recommended to fill out your "Pre appointment questionnaires". After that you get a QR code link texted to you that you simply scan at the kiosks when you show up for your appointment. Confirm on the screen and take a seat. If all of the prep work is done, just take a pair of headphones and your phone to pass the time or watch the TVs they have in every room and the waiting room.
