I cannot recommend Hillcrest Glow Dental highly enough. After avoiding the dentist for several years, I was nervous about getting started, but from my very first interaction, the entire team made me feel welcome, informed, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Rachel has been absolutely amazing. I came in expecting an exam and treatment plan, and they were able to get me started on a root canal immediately to address an infection that had been bothering me. The relief was almost immediate, and I was shocked by how quickly they helped solve the problem. What has impressed me most is how accommodating and responsive the office has been. They have worked me into cancellation openings, communicated clearly, answered all of my questions, and helped me understand every step of the process. In just a short period of time, I’ve had a root canal started, multiple fillings completed, and a clear plan in place for the rest of my dental work. For someone who hadn’t been to the dentist in years, I expected judgment and embarrassment. Instead, I found kindness, professionalism, and a team that genuinely wants to help people improve their health. Thank you to Dr. Rachel and the entire Hillcrest Glow Dental team. I am incredibly grateful to have found my dental home.

I love this dental office. Since the beginning I went in with pain and immediately got taken care of. The first dentist that I had gone to sent me on my way with nothing to take care of the pain and comeback in two days. I had no infection. I get very scared and get anxiety with dental appointments. They are very patient with me and understand. I go to the Hillcrest office they never make us wait excessively the available appointment are flexible . Staff never make my family feel judged or make you feel guilty about needing work done. My 12 and 14 year old like going there and look forward to appointments. I feel Sometimes dental practices dont get enough credit for what they do in our daily lives. I dont usually write reviews so it has taken time for me to write it but I was just reminded about my appointments so it reminded me to make the effort to write a review.

My go-to dental office. Dr. Rachel is always great and genuinely seems to really care about the patients rather than try to upsell like some other dentistries that I've been to. My last visit was for my night guard, and I liked their fancy hand-held 3D scanner, which was much more convenient than the traditional molding kit.

Always friendly, welcoming, attentive, and still very professional. My wisdom teeth were pulled today, and I felt nothing. This office is her practice now and she is doing an amazing job. I couldn't be any prouder of my dentist.

I had my cap fall out 3 times and they did nothing about it.... I went there to tell them about it for the 3rd time then they wanted me to pay 100$ for a x-ray... Really disappointed in this place now because I used to get good service here Just had a cleaning done today they didn't even do a pre polish Maybe it was the last owner that owned dental Express...but they can do better 🙏🏽
