I had a great first visit at Dental Health Associates. The staff was professional and welcoming, and the whole process felt very organized. Amanda took the X-rays and photos and made everything comfortable and easy. Dr. Jim Sands was thorough and explained my dental health clearly without pushing unnecessary procedures. I hadn’t had a cleaning in several years, but the team handled it smoothly and made the experience much better than expected. I appreciated the honest advice and coordination with my orthodontist. Overall a very positive experience.

Everyone at this location, from the deal staff, hygienists, and doctors are phenomenal. Dr. Catherine Brumm is hands-down the most compassionate and non-judgmental dentist I’ve ever worked with. She takes a truly collaborative approach, listening carefully and creating innovative, personalized solutions that actually fit your budget. She’s helped me make the most of my insurance and always meets me where I’m at—no pressure, just real care. If you’ve ever had a bad experience with dentistry, she will change the game for you. Finding her has genuinely improved my quality of life. Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. From the beginning, I felt rushed and dismissed. The hygienist repeatedly told me she “didn’t have time” for me during my appointment, rushed through the exam, and took multiple X-rays that were billed to my insurance. I was then seen by Dr. Brumm instead of the dentist I originally booked with. Dr. Brumm told me she would personally refer me to an orthodontist and said she would try to arrange for me to be seen sooner because my issue was time sensitive. I trusted that this was being handled. So Dr. Brumm basically lied to her patient and abandoned them. After waiting about three weeks without hearing anything, I called only to discover that no referral had ever been sent. Despite what I had been told, nothing had been arranged. When I contacted the office, the receptionist acted as though she could not understand my accent and told me to call the orthodontist and handle the referral myself. I had to insist multiple times before they finally sent the referral. When the orthodontist’s office eventually contacted me, the earliest appointment available was in November. I called Dental Health Associates again because I could not wait that long, and instead of helping coordinate care, they simply gave me phone numbers and told me to find another specialist myself. I explained that I had already completed X-rays through their office and would likely be charged again elsewhere, but that concern was dismissed. I also requested to be seen again and was refused. I ultimately felt abandoned as a patient. The clinic billed my insurance for X-rays and services, but did not follow through on the referral or the care coordination they promised. They don’t tell the truth and they abandon you as a patient.

Becky and Dr. Mueller were great! They really listened to my concerns and showed me and taught me what was going on with my teeth. Very friendly and professional! Highly recommend!!

I left this office with a chipped tooth that I did not have before my appointment. When I brought it to their attention, they denied responsibility outright and blamed it on my lip ring, despite the fact that it does not contact my teeth unless intentionally forced. Since writing my original review above, I have returned to the office and was informed that the dentist I saw at the time no longer works there. The current staff and dentist were very kind, took my concerns seriously, and have gone out of their way to make things right. I truly appreciate the effort they made to address the situation and compensate for the issue, and I feel they have more than made up for the initial experience.
