Had an abscess in my mouth and called for an appointment. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate the same day. After X-rays, I was diagnosed with a cracked tooth. The technician, Michelle, was lovely and helpful and thoughtful. Dr. Langston explained that I had a cracked tooth and it will need to be extracted. Not the best news but I feel confident that the process will go well. The office is lovely, functions well and efficiently and the staff make certain the patients are comfortable.

Believe the hype about this office! They won’t sit you down and try to sell you on unnecessary work. They have saved me 7k in dental bills from my other dentist who tried to do unnecessary tooth removals, root canal's, multiple crowns and multiple “needed” cleaning sessions. Dr.Miro and Dr.House both work on my husband and I and both have been amazing. If you value keeping the integrity of your teeth, transparency and honesty, this is your place.
The office is also beautiful and there is a dog who also works there! Love my welcome gift bag and chapstick also. The overall experience here is phenomenal. I made my husband change to this practice, my friend is transferring over and my sister in law who is moving from Dallas is also going to be using this facility. So worth it!
Also, I have gotten multiple compliments on my teeth recently haha Dr. Miro evened them out for me and I feel significantly more confident.

Dr Langston and his team are great. I trust Misty and Dr Langston to always take care of my teeth and my 91 yr old mother"s teeth. They take conservative measures whenever possible, all.while explaining everything thoroughly. They are kind, professional, and well respected in their work.

Really great experience here. The entire team was welcoming and easy to talk to, which made a big difference. They didn’t rush anything and explained each step in a way that actually made sense. I felt comfortable the whole time and knew exactly what was going on. You can tell they care about their patients. Definitely a place I’d recommend.

I’ve been using their dental service for over 15 years. The hygienist and dentist are the best! Professional, painless and anxiety free teeth cleaning. Dr. House has done impeccable work on a tooth repair and fillings. Highly trust and recommend this practice!

Meet the Doctors
The practice is directed by Brett Langston, D.M.D., a prosthodontist who specializes in dental restoration, tooth replacement, and cosmetic dentistry, and who earned his dental degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 2005. He is joined by Mitchel P. House III, D.M.D., who received his dental degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1989 and joined the practice in 2021 after more than 30 years in solo private practice in the Decatur area, and by Rachel Miro, who has been with the practice since 2021 and focuses on comprehensive oral health care, dental restoration, and cosmetic dentistry.
