They dropped the ball on my husband after paying a $350 consult fee. They did Not follow up with a clear treatment plan and cost breakdown as Promised. He had to ask twice before receiving it day before his appointment to find that they wanted $85,000 for repair and no clear breakdown of procedural steps. Why pay top dollar for poor staff service?? The doctor was very nice but relies on subpar staff and poor paperwork considering the amount they charge for services! Very dissatisfied, other offices in Walnut creek charge no consult fee and are Far Le$$ expensive and offer discounts for paying upfront costs! For example, Checkout Julia Lee DDS.

Would definitely recommend this office for Dental Implants. Dr. Gibbs is an amazing dentist and is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. I’ve been a dental assistant for over 30 years and I total trusted his treatment plan and his chairside manner A+, truly a professional. I felt as he me as if he cared for me as if I was a close friend or family member when making huge decisions. If you are having a hard time finding or deciding where to get honest and the best treatment go and at least see him for a consultation and then make your decision, you won’t regret it. Thank to all the staff at the office as well great group of people.

I had a dental implant done by Dr. Keith, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. He is extremely skilled, professional, and took the time to explain every step of the procedure so I felt completely comfortable.
The implant procedure itself went smoothly and was far easier than I expected. His attention to detail and calm manner made a big difference. He makes certain the entire procedure is done under sterile conditions. He's quite the perfectionist.
I had two previous implants with Dr. Keith so I knew he was the best. I had moved to Los Angeles but flew back just to have him do his magic.
The office staff was also friendly, organized, and helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend Dr. Keith to anyone considering a dental implant.

Dr. Gibbs, Monica, and the entire team at the Dental Implant Center are nothing short of fantastic. The implant process is not easy, but this team does all in its power to ensure we are comfortable and feel safe and well cared for. They are professional, kind, courteous and trustworthy. I give them five thumbs up for any procedure we may be thinking of undergoing. Highly recommended.
